Braums in general charging $1 for an extra scoop of toppings is wildly ridiculous. Also, instead of correcting my chocolate mix, they made it with vanilla, they added chocolate syrup to it and added a little extra toppings to hide the extra blending they did. Chocolate syrup is not the same as chocolate ice cream and having a mouthy employee who would rather do the absolutely bare minimum than take an extra minute to fully correct the order. Poor service. And mouthy disrespectful employees. Hire better employees with better work ethic.

I got a small butter pecan mix and it wasn’t even a complete cup of ice cream. I very kindly said please Just put some of your vanilla ice cream on top of it to fill it up. This is my only meal for the day. Embarrassed the high school kid, and he sent another kid to tell me that their boss makes them not give you a full cup. So you may get air in it, which even brings it down to not even a half a cup. I can’t get a hold of the manager because the phone won’t answer but I’m saying don’t get a mix there because you’re gonna get ripped off. And it’s because of the manager it’s not the hard-working little employees. It’s they are being told by management to do that. Everything else is OK just don’t get their mixes.

The best spicy chicken sandwich combo that keeps the price under $9.00. A little too much salt on the fries but the sandwich is a perfect size!! It’s worth it. They do not have any hot sauce but the fix for that is go buy a couple of spicy buffalo sauce packs at the McD’s. Lol

Food was pretty good but the people working here were extremely rude. Got 2 meals, they were out before we could even get our drinks. Problem was, one burger was steaming hot while the other was ice cold. Asked for the cold one, cheese wasn’t even halfway melted, to be heated up. Instead they said they’d replace it. I asked if they’d take off the veggies if they’re gonna remake it, I forgot to tell the assistant manager that while ordering it the first time. 3 employees then recall their computer screens to find my order and with raised voices telling each other I didn’t ask for no veggies and no wonder it’s cold, it was 20 minutes ago. Mind you, they had a line so I wanted to wait, we ate our fries first, then opened our burgers and that’s when we saw one was still steaming and the other was cold to the touch. They still gave me the wrong food in the end. I work in fast food so I get how frustrating to be busy then have someone bring food back, but at my store we wouldn’t have the audacity to make it a point to let the customer know they’re a nuisance.

Excellent! We had 2 banana splits that were perfect! I also had a single dip in a cup and it was all to go. They gave us a nice paper bag with a handle which kept everything upright while driving home. While one gentleman was making our order another person came to help the next person in line.

I recently tried Braum’s for the first time.
Their sherbet shake, let me tell you… that shake? Thick. Creamy. Sweet. I went to get ice cream and I can’t talk about Braum’s without mentioning their gallons of milk. walked out with two gallons of milk it’s incredibly fresh and smooth.
I also had their four cheese burger and it’s good but I’ll be returning for the dairy! Only down side is they don’t have one in my home town!!

I love Braum’s, but this location is not doing well today. The fries were hard and old. The hamburgers were really salty, tasted almost like vomit it was so salty. The sherbet freeze had way too much sprite and it tastes like they used diet soda instead of regular.
If this was the standard for all Braum’s they would go out of business in a week. Please conduct better quality control.

Just WOW! Amazing old school burgers, fries and shakes to die for. Friendly fast service by nice young people. Came back next day to buy a package of ice cream from the market.

Not pleasant. Old and cold. I waited long enough for fresh food. I am truly disappointed in the quality, presentation, temperature, and flavor of this meal. Photo of fries is after eating 1 lone fry…this is the quantity I received
