My daughter was very hungry had been waiting to go to chipotle for a while, and we ordered 2 tacos and took rice, guacamole, beans, and mild on the side. When we got there and took our orders, our sides were barely there! There were like 15 grains of rice on our sides, 10 bean and mild pieces, and rotten guacamole! We went to speak with the workers and their attitude was as rotten as the guacamole! They refused to fix our order and created a very disappointing atmosphere for everyone. Their service is HORRIBLE. My daughter was very disappointed and had tears in her eyes. This poor kid was hungry!!! I am definitely NEVER going to the Upper Saint Clair Chipotle ever again because of their poor service, attitude, and food.

I’m usually not one to complain, but this chipotle is absolutely horrible. The staff is not friendly at all and the orders are always wrong. The portion sizes are horrific if you order ahead or have your food delivered. The employees will only fill the bowl halfway or won’t make it right if you’re not in front of them telling them to add more. I work late and often will get food before I go home, but everytime I order ahead something is wrong or missing from my bowl. Tonight I ordered a bowl with carnitas, white rice, cheese, lettuce, and a side of chips. The bowl I received was steak and cheese. Literally just those. No rice at all. This place is very unprofessional so if you want to get chipotle I would recommend going to a different location.

I almost never complain and would normally not even say anything. Exhibited by not going back day of and complaining , however I felt I needed to juat say. Please dont rush! Take time to look at and review the orders that come through please? I ordered Chipotle on my birthday with my mom. Her order was perfectly fine. However except for the rice and sour cream my entire order was incorrect. What I got was 2 orders of carnitas (pork) bowls, white rice, kidney beans, fajita veggies cheese and lettuce… what I ordered was steak bowl, white rice, black beans, cheese sour cream and queso. There was a time we enjoy stopping here for a quick meal. Past tense though. We have been long-suffering with all the negative aspects but I think we have reached our fill with a disastrous dining area and now poorly made burritos. Last visit our burritos we so full (normally not a bad thing!) they couldn’t be wrapped without the contents spilling onto the outside of the shell. So there was no way to handle the burritos without having the filling completely covering hands and fingers. Every table was covered with slopped up food, soft drink dispenser area was a disaster, and trash cans were mounded high with garbage. It’s a crap shoot as to what you get here or any Chipotle’s. My order had all the ingredients that I requested, except the amounts were paltry. I always order double protein, but this time I’d say it was barely the “normal” amount. I’m annoyed that I pay extra for something that isn’t always given. Yet, they don’t refund the extra charge. I wish I had a photo of a good order to reference. I should know by now to avoid ordering through the app or at all.

Yet again, these folks messed up a takeout order by not including the guacamole in my guacamole and chips order. Also, napkins and utensils were ordered and not provided. Have you ever tried to call the store to complain? Don’t waste your time; they really don’t want to hear from you. To register a complaint, you are supposed to respond to an email they send you. I have absolutely ZERO faith that I am going to get satisfaction from these folks or a refund for food paid for but not provided. I am going to contest the credit card charge. I’m an idiot for trusting them with another order; I’m won’t do it again.
Even bigger reason to never go back. Someone from Chipotle responded to this review to make it seem they care, but they just directed me back to their website to complain again. Do these folks think I have all day to help them fix their own problems? Do they think they are the only restaurant out there? Simply put; I don’t and they aren’t.

Staff was nice about my situation but I found a very sharp object in my burrito. It came out of the beef Barbacoa. I almost chocked on it and literally had to pull it out of my throat.

Terrible just terrible always skimping on online deliveries if you want a normal food portion just order there don’t even try ordering online. My bowl was 1/3 filled and I was missing 3 parts of it absolutely ridiculous!!!!

We found live bugs in our lettuce!! Support keeps ending the conversation with no resolution. We had $60 of food for an office we had to throw away! This was the best location locally, but we will not return.
