This is such a great place to go for after Sunday service lunch. It can get a little crowded but the food is always so fresh. The rolls are amazing. I love their merch and their banana bread. Their merch is pretty affordable. Service can sometimes be slow. The restaurant is generally clean an and affordable priced. Their iced coffee is pretty good too.

Pot roast looks good, smells good. Tastes weirdly artificial, like pre molded Spam beef??? Specifically, ‘beef’ taste was slippery, sorta slimy, instead of shredded chewy meat. Potatoes carrots onions and gravy were wonderful. I’m posting this comment because I felt cautious about eating the pot roast in case it was going to make me sick. And in fact I left a good portion just in case it was bad. I did not get sick overnight. But FYI … I did share all this with the nice wait staff who said it looked good to her and she has not tried it yet. I intentionally came to Bob Evans seeking comfort food and definitely wanted pot roast. Lol.

We arrived expecting a wait so checked in to allow time as our party with a few littles could arrive with a lower wait. We were told 45 minutes. Literally every party around us was sat including larger parties that checked in after we were in. Despite checking in with the hostesses to be sure since our littles (under 5) were patiently waiting for breakfast. We watched several adjacent tables that could have easily been used to seat us be used for smaller parties that checked in well after we had.
After talking with the hostesses and requesting the manager to bring awareness, we had been sat at the tables that had been used several times for other parties that had come after us – total wait time almost 1hr 45 minutes. The entire waiting area had been clear of other patrons BEFORE our party was sat for food. We would have left but when you have littles that are patiently waiting for food, leaving a place can be heart-breaking. We waited it out for their sake and try to avoid a battle on the kid front but at what point is enough enough? Despite the engagement of the manager, still seeing the wait area 100% clear out before your party is called with littles is just deplorable.
The waitress, once we sat had a wonderful demeanor and service attitude. If you go, hope you have patience – you may need them to just get a table. Oh, it was also a special day being my sister’s birthday… imagine the frustration she gets to feeling when her kids are the ones having to wait!

Came in on 10/26 for brunch. Service sucked all around – i never got acknowledged by any of the servers, i waited for 20 min before someone approached me to finally get my name on the list. When I went to go cash out my check, the cashier didn’t know how to speak either…..
Food was mediocre at best – i had a wildfire chicken salad & biscuits. Salad tasted funny & the biscuits were stale & hard.
Atmosphere seemed pretty low today – no one seemed to be in a talking mood, not even in a mood to greet someone which seemed off.

Decided to have Bob’s tonight for dinner. Big mistake and we haven’t even ordered yet. Was seated and it has gone down hill from there. They couldn’t decide on who was to wait on us. Two different girls said they would find someone to wait on us. 6 whole tables being utilized and they couldn’t figure out who was supposed to wait on us??? We finally got to order. Tables weren’t being bussed in a timely fashion. On the good stuff now. Our waitress was Sydney and she was waiting on everyone, seemed like everyone got seated in her area. The food tonight was exceptional, had the Farmers Choice and all the food had just come off the grill which was actually hot. No sitting under the heat lamps for it. I blame the issues on management not staffing/seating people correctly. Easy fix. Bob’s, come on.

Food was great, never had any issues with it here. My server Isaiah was very helpful and considerate. They were out of the sauce for the Sunrise Burger so he offered an alternative without me even needing to ask. Great Service!
