I never had a problem at this location. Food is fresh, service is too slow. Drive thru depending on person can be great some days & others way too slow. Front counter service is way to slow. I put in mobile order 3pc Feast wait about 15-20m to pick up and its never ready. I do like this location for the most part its close to my route. Just wish it had better management who would get the restaurant in line for service.

This is my first time coming to this location. We were just driving by and saw that it was open on Google Maps. As soon as I walked in, the lady told me they got 20 more minutes to open in such a rude manner. No Hello or welcome . Nothing … just rude . I went to Church’s because I had a coupon for a FREE 2 PC Thigh and Leg with a jalapeno. I asked for that, and I also added a small fry and a regular size order of chicken livers. They told me to park and walked out with only the livers and fries (after cooking the livers). I was told the location is a franchise and I would have to go to a corporate location to honor my coupon. I asked where is a corporate location and was told, they couldn’t confirm. Why can’t a franchise tell the public where corporate locations are or provide numbers? Why couldn’t this location just honor my coupon? Church’s Texas Chicken, I don’t love that service. Btw, the order of chicken livers were too salty and I threw at least half of them away!!!

This Church’s Chicken location is a standout in Atlanta, especially if you’re a fan of gizzards – one of the few places in the area that still serves them! The food here is always hot and fresh, no matter what time you visit. The gizzards are cooked to perfection, with that crispy texture and great flavor you expect. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for that classic Church’s taste with great service, this is definitely the spot to visit!

I came inside there was an employee standing at the counter baging jalapeños. He never spoke never said anything. Anthoer employee came in and took my order. He was polite and real nice. He got my order wrong by mistake. I wanted a 3pc combo but only got a 2pc. The thing that made me mad was that the first employee had time to talk to his friend about chips and then take another customers order and fix it for her but couldn’t find time to get my order or even say I apologize for that. Churchs must not want customers with employees that act like that. I will not go back again.

Not only was my order wrong. But they gave the worse sides ever. One side of make and cheese broke down into small bowls with holes in the side.
Manager has not only attitude but no apology or concern. Complaint is being filed along with a call to the health inspector. This cannot be ok.

Sooo. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a small fry and the total came up to 11.96 i swipe my card with $20 on it and it takes my money so i end up with $8.30. Tell me why the lady on the headset talking about some it didn’t come off and she can’t give me my food not only that had me standing outside in heat for 20 min waiting for their system. So she gives me my food but tell me why the small fry wasn’t in there only the 2 sandwiches and she was very rude and aggressive.
