We had an outstanding experience tonight at Gauchos do Sul, and a huge part of that was the leadership and service. Manager Jimmy and our primary server Marcus delivered truly top-tier hospitality.
Management was exceptional. Without their presence and attention, the service simply would not have reached the five-star level it did tonight. From the moment we were seated, everything felt seamless. Not once did we have to ask for anything before it was already taken care of or before someone checked in to see if we needed something.
The teamwork stood out most. Even the second-hand service, Fernando and Felipe, were outstanding. Everyone was attentive, coordinated, and fully engaged. You never feel like you’re waiting for service to come back to you. Instead, the entire team works together effortlessly.
My wife and I were personally greeted by management multiple times throughout the evening, and we saw the same level of care given to other tables throughout the service.
This is what true five-star dining looks like: professional, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. We would confidently recommend this restaurant to both locals and visitors alike.

Fantastic Brazilian steakhouse delicious salad bar from Kandi bacon to smoked salmon, salami, cheeses, salads, lobster bisque the service was excellent very attentive server very accommodating. We’re able to ask what kind of meats we wanted the various cuts of meat especially the medium rare were delicious. Well seasoned definitely a awesome experience. Would highly recommend it. Look forward to coming back. Just note. This is not a cheap experience even if it’s one person I think it’s either 50 or $66 per person over the age of 15 or 16 so with that in mind you wanna make sure that you’re prepared to consume that amount or at least appreciate the amount that you’re gonna be spending would highly recommend. Look forward to coming back and the desserts are awesome too if you leave any room.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary at Gauchos, and what an incredible experience it turned out to be! While the salad bar was fresh and plentiful and the steaks varied (some absolutely outstanding), what truly stood out was the exceptional service. I genuinely can’t stop thinking about it!
From the moment we sat down, everything was seamless and the bread appeared on our table instantly, and when we stepped away for just a minute to check out the salad bar, our iced teas were already waiting when we returned. The servers were so attentive that our drinks were constantly refilled and the meats kept coming without us ever having to ask. Every detail was handled so quickly and efficiently, it felt effortless. Truly impressed by the staff!
The restaurant is only about 10 minutes away, which makes it even better AND we can’t wait to return and bring our family next time. Chama Gaucha used to be our go-to, but honestly, this place checks all the boxes especially the short distance. The dessert was a bit underwhelming, but everything else was simply exceptional.

Enjoyed this place so much. The staff was amazing for my husband’s company holiday party. It can be quick paced when they offer you the meats. But very delicious. Big salad bar . Delicious flan amd tres leches.

We were visiting Texas and chose Gauchos Do Sul in Katy to celebrate my husband’s and my son’s birthdays, and what an amazing choice it was! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming smile and seated right away. Our server, Castrid, was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our entire meal.
The food was incredible! My husband and daughter enjoyed the Rodizio, and they were blown away by the quality and variety of the meats. Each cut was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My son and I opted for the salad bar, and we didn’t feel like we were missing out at all. There were so many fresh and delicious options, from salads and cheeses to hot dishes, fruits, and more. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor.

Verdict: i Was not happy with the amount my group spent on this place.
We decided to try a new brazilian steakhouse and saw that this place had great ratings so why not?
The meat was not consistent and when we asked for a specific temperature of our meat, they just gave us whatever and say it’s medium rare or whatever we requested. Some of the meats we receive were extremely rare or grainy bc it was overcooked. Not flavorful either.
The salad bar was below average and I could Tell the food has sat out for a while. We paid $88/person after grat to leave us feeling robbed and hungry.
I dont Recommend spending your money or time here. It changed my outlook on going out to eat and I wouldn’t want to risk it.
The economy is already crappy and people are having to spend more to live so why must we compromise our restaurant experience too? We are spending close to a $100 so shouldn’t we be satisfied? Not here.

I highly recommend this place! It was the best one yet! The salad bar had hot foods and plenty of cold dishes. Loved the compliments hit dishes to the table. I always have to pay for the mash potatoes but not here. I loved the lamb stake. Anything wrapped in bacon, the pineapple, and we’ll everything. the desert was fantastic

Went for our anniversary and found the food to be pretty basic and not worth the cost. The meat was cooked to your liking but most wasn’t seasoned. The lamb chops were flavorless. The salad bar was ok but not good enough for more than the first plate. The chocolate cake we got for dessert tasted weird so we didn’t eat it…. not worth the expense!

We usually visit the Vintage park location but this is closer to us now so we came here on a Thursday night. It was busy but we were able to get seated quickly. From the moment we got to our table, the service was impeccable! 10/10 for service which includes everyone there. Salad bar was fantastic with so many options. When we were ready, meats came in one after the other and at the temperature we preferred. Brazilian lemonade was delicious! In the end we were served a complimentary birthday cake as my husband was celebrating his birthday! Will definitely be back. Amazing food, excellent service and wonderful ambience.
