Ordered over 100 dollars worth of food for a family of 5. Our order was completely messed up. Burger patties and roast beef not cooked all the way. Missing our fries and sauces. Absolutely beyond disappointed and angry!!

Got a 2 for $5 Arby-Q deal… Holy smokes… They hooked me up right. Sandwich was prepared neatly yet generously (no small task given the nature of this BBQ sandwich) and was a real pleasure to have this classic Arby’s item again after many years absent. I hope it sticks around awhile. I’ll want this again and soon. Staff were a pleasure to interact with. Glad I stopped in.

Got food around 8pm which was a huge mistake i swear fast food is garbage after a certain time now a days. Figured i would not cook after school and decided to pay almost 20 bucks for a meal and 4-5hrs later stomach is cramping and i feel like i am getting sick……. I havent eaten anything else today except this roast beef max and curly fries and buffalo chicken slider.

Driving around the building I saw an employee inside the window so I figured they were open. I pulled into the drive through, the lights were all on, waited for 5 minutes and I got nothing. I pulled up to the window and I saw a staff member with her back turned. Just standing there. I checked the time and it said they should still be open. I guess it’s personal preference on who they serve or who they do not serve or maybe she was too tired and didn’t feel like working anymore. I wasted a trip up here for nothing I’m never coming back.

Had The Good Burger meal, as did my son and we were both equally impressed! My son commented on how perfectly cooked his patty was. We did order the burgers with the sauce on the side, I would order it that way again. The burger sauce is a little on the sweet side for me, I assume it’s the relish in it. The crinkle fries were yummy and the strawberry shake was good.
I was very impressed with the service and professionalism from the staff. This order was placed in the drive thru but even from that perspective the staff seemed to work well together as a team. They were friendly and polite. And my food was ready in a timely manner.
The burgers were made as requested (no tomato on 1 sauce on the side for both).
Aside from tonight’s order this Arby’s has proved to be consistent overall, but our normal orders consist of a cookie and a shake and you can’t get much wrong there so, nice to see they follow through on the rest on the menu as well.

This is the slowest moving team I’ve ever seen. 5 people working and not one of them has any sense of urgency. My food was fresh, but the wait times just to place my order was insane. It’s not even the lunch hour yet.

Order in drive thru, a roast beef sandwich, steak bite bowl and cheese sticks. $20+. Ask for horsey sauce, she has to go get it, when she came back she brought 1. Seriously 1, as expensive as the food is, you’re that stingy? I questioned the one packet, he response, “what…, do you want me to go get another?”

I was craving a fast food burger, and was trying to find something better than McDonald’s. I thought since Arby’s “has the meats” they must have a decent burger. WRONG. The patty was rubbery in taste and texture and contained a disturbing amount of hard un-chewable bits, which I had to spit out. Topping were lacking and it was straight up just gross. I’ve had positive experiences with Arby’s in the past but this really put me off. Gross. Don’t get a burger here.

Sliders have been change, ALOT! NOT FOR THE GOOD EITHER. They come wrapped in paper now (not a box), the bun isn’t fresh and the crispy chicken was the size of my pinky without chicken meat as well. Super disappointed. Roast Beef Slider I ordered…disgusting as well. Really small and will never order these again. For 2.50 you would expect more. Such a pity
Forgot my Bronco Sauce as well, again. How do you forget the sauce that is advertised with the jalapeño bites!?
My Cherry Turnover was not even appealing at all. Old and underbaked.
