Could be better. I’ve never had Wingstop before and was super excited to try it. The customer service wasn’t all that friendly, but the food tasted good which made up for it. It takes quite some time to get the food, but I like that they are open late. I had the hickory smoked bbq wings and it was good, a little spicy but good. The lobby area seemed clean and organized. I’d eat wingstop again, it’s a great price and lots of food.

Had to get 200 all flat wings for a project I was working on in Atlanta. Called around to a bunch of places and was told they couldn’t do it. Then I got on the phone with Latasha and this location were they took the challenge head on. They absolutely nailed it! Wings looked and tasted amazing. Could not have gone smoother. I appreciate the team at this location and specifically Latasha’s hard work. If I ever have to get a large order of wings again I know where to go and who to call.

Today I visited this location for the second time my first experience wasn’t so good so I decided to go again to see if I’d get the same experience i experienced a few days ago when I went in the restaurant NOBODY spoke greeted me nothing so I walked out and the employees didn’t even care so when I went today 1-9-26 my experience was much better.
I ordered the honey hot tenders and corn the tenders have a good crunch and flavor but I didn’t taste any honey and the tenders had very little kick/heat the corn was good and had more heat/spice then the chicken did.
I will be back to try a different flavor on the tenders next time I go back.
P.S. I hope management or the GM reads these reviews PLZ TALK TO UR STAFF about FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE cause the staff seems to have forgot how to treat customers coming in to SPEND MONEY.

I love making my own wings; I’ve gotten pretty darn good at it over the years. So I don’t order out as much as I used to. But once in a while, we can’t resist ordering from wingstop compared to other establishments. Not just their flavors and the quality of the cooking, but it’s one of the least expensive menus in town. The other places may be competitive, but they’re usually a few bucks more for fewer wings. We order them well done; crunchy and tasty, the best variety of flavors, whether you like them mild, spicy or super hot. They’re sauces span the globe. We’ve been enjoying wingstop for many years, going back to la and now here in Atlanta.

Haven’t had wingstop in a while and let me tell you the service was great. Tiffany was wonderful, she was on point with our order and made sure we got everything correctly. She made sure the rest of the staff was doing what needed to be done, cleaning the bathrooms, dinning area etc. We waited max 10-12 mins for our order and it was delicious. The wings were crisp and the fries were great as well. Everything had great temp. Thanks again for your service, it was great.

WoW customer service was so on point. Tiffany was so pleasant. She went the extra mile to ask how I wanted all flats wings to be cooked. Regular or Hard fry. Everything turned out great.

I’ve always loved Wingstop, and they consistently deliver great food. My friend and I stopped in for a quick bite, and everything was fresh and made to perfection. The wings were spot-on, as usual.
However, there was one small issue: the manager (or someone in charge) was outside smoking a cigarette on their off day, and some of the smoke ended up drifting inside with the air flow. It didn’t go unnoticed, and unfortunately, my friend ended up with a headache from it. I’m sure he didn’t realize the smoke was coming in, but it did affect the experience a bit.
Aside from that, the food and service were great, and I’ll definitely be back.

“Very upset with the service. When you order on Uber Eats, they never send the complete order. This is the third time I’ve paid extra for dressing and it wasn’t included. There is always something missing; they can never provide good service. Whether it’s dressing or fries, anything you pay extra for is never sent.”
