For starters, ive been going to Starbucks for 3+ years basically daily, (before this I use to go to Starbucks frequently but not daily this was not exclusiveto wi). However in those 3+ years ive been to many in Wisconsin and if you ask about GhosT there’s a chance the baristas will know who your talking about. All of that being mentioned for context, this has become my favorite Starbucks I actually drive a bit further and pay a bit more just so I can go to this location (each location can charge different prices). I go here because the staff always makes my day and makes me feel like im not just that rando getting coffee. Moreover they do a fantastic job of making sure the coldbrew is flowing and compared to other locations has rarely had any issues (other locations frequently would be out or the Nitro machine not functioning frequently).

Ive mentioned this directly to the area manager at least twice in person, I have also frequently contacted corporate to say the same above message, so last but not least I want whoever reads this to know too THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS!!!

Nice lobby for a star bucks. They don’t have someone dedicated as a cashier so it can take a bit to order a drink. I recommend always ordering online at this location. Drink was great.

Otis was an amazing shift lead. The store was extremely busy but they still made it a point to prioritize the order ahead orders of those of us waiting in the store. They managed the rush calmly and politely, making drink after drink while still greeting everyone that came in.

I was in the store yesterday and I overheard the manager get mad at staff for spilling some milk. They immediately took that staff number away from making drinks and made them go do something else and even threatened to send them home.

The manager is very rarely present for as often as I’m there, but I hear them being extremely rude and condescending to the kids who work there.

I guess we’ll see how long they stay open because I will not be supporting this store anymore unless the manager gets therapy or fired.

Employees are very nice. Coffee is expensive but good. The app is a convenient way to order so by the time you arrive your order is ready and already paid for. However the food is ridiculous. My mozz/tomato sandwich had one tiny piece of mozzarella on one end, and sparse other toppings. Its mostly bread and not even good bread. Very, very poor.

Despite having seven employees visibly working behind the counter, we stood at the register for nine full minutes without a single acknowledgment–no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Two employees told us they were assigned to the drive-thru and couldn’t take our order, but no one else stepped in to assist. Eventually, we gave up and resorted to ordering our drinks online.

While waiting, I used the restroom, only to find both sides of the large double toilet paper holder completely empty. It was clear this wasn’t a new issue as customers were grabbing napkins on their way in, as if that had become the norm. No staff seemed to notice or care.

It took another ten minutes for our online drink order to be prepared. At no point during this visit did a single employee try to help us or demonstrate even a semblance of customer care.

This location is disorganized, unresponsive, and indifferent. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This establishment should be at no less than 5 stars. The employees are welcoming, kind, and dedicated to giving the best customer service. Their drinks are always delicious and they always make my order accurately. Thank you for the hard work!

Drinks and food are exactly what you get at any Starbucks, but the staff can be really useless at times or rude at worst, and the lobby experience is like waiting at the DMV. Fine for order pickups from the drive thru, but not if you have to ask anything of the staff (including something as simple as going inside to pick up an order instead of the drive-thru). For what it’s worth, I think this is more a management issue than anything else.
