Absolutely hands down the WORST dining experience ever.
We waited roughly 20 mins up front, was never acknowledged by anyone, no host/hostess present. Then people who had arrived after us got sat before our party. My wife had to flag an employee down to explain that we should have been next in line.
That brings us to when we FINALLY got a table. About 15 mins of waiting until a server came to take our drink order. I literally watched the bartender pour my beer & then it sat there for what felt like an eternity, but in reality was about 10 mins. I considered asking for a fresh pour, but decided to just go with it.
The food? Took nearly 30 mins to come, well some of it anyway. And it was cold. As if it had been sitting in the window for who knows how long. Then my wife & daughter had to sit there for another 10 mins watching us eat our food before theirs finally arrived. Asked for silverware & napkins (which were never brought prior) & received filthy forks & knives. Gross
Service was absolutely abysmal. I would never go back to this location even if you paid me.

Our server IZZY delivered exceptional service during our dining experience. She greeted us with a smile, accommodated adjusting the window shade based on the sunlight, & we ordered a lot of food and she didn’t make us seem like an inconvenience based on our order size! Food was delicious and came out quick. Highly recommend this location and server! We will be back!

So I had never been to Applebees and I am most likely never going again. Me and my friends got in at about 9: 15 and didnt get seated until about 9:30 (We were one of the only people there). Then we sit down and ordered our drinks, they came out pretty fast, I had high hopes. We order after about 45 minutes of sitting down, at a normal restaurant we would have had our food already. It was 8 of us, while we did have 8 people only 5 of us got food. We sat down at 9:30 and got our food at 11:05. When our food finally came I was so disappointed, the burger was extremely soggy and kind of gross. My friends boneless wings were ok. So after this experience I thought we would get an amount off of our bill, but I go to pay and I see it is full price. So I’m not very happy I have to pay full price for a horrible experience. Before I Paid though, you know how at restraunts like they have the touchpads you pay on, Applebees had one of these and I went to fill it out before I paid and my server took it from me and started filling it out and said “We are just going to lie, ok?” This implying that she was gonna fill it out for me and lie in it (She did). I get that we are teenagers but you cannot just take advantage of us after horrid service.

This location exceeded my expectations. Burgers were delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh. What really added to our experience was the friendliness and service of the staff. We sat at bar and both Connor and Zachary were fantastic. Zachary’s drinks were perfect. Just overall nice night out. Keep up good work.

I don’t post reviews but I have to shout out to my server with the long beautiful colored hair and facial piercings that took care of my family and I today during lunch on 10/30 at 12:30 pm. We were seated immediately when walking in, greeted immediately after being seated, drinks came out immediately and food came out shortly after ordering. Place was busy, even with all the servers tables in all parts of the restaurant she managed to keep a smile and small talk with everyone of her tables. I was super impressed how she handled herself throughout, even with all the running around she was doing and questions she was answering!
The teamwork at this store is amazing!!!

we had went to the restaurant at 6:00 got seated at 6:45 (while fasting) broke our fast at 6:20 and was seated at 6:45 got our food at 7:45 almost 2 hours after breaking our fast we were still waiting on our food just for the drinks it took 20 minutes. after fasting for 13+ hours i was really disappointment especially for my first time there.

The food was just okay, but the atmosphere was genuinely nice with soft lighting and a comfortable feel. The staff, though clearly busy managing many tables, were polite and relatively attentive to our needs. While rushed, they provided adequate service. The drinks, however, were a definite highlight – very strong and absolutely delicious!

Very bad experience this time. The food wasn’t fresh: Cesar salad was old you can check the lettuce was brown in photo, the brew pub pretzels stick was almost burned. We also ordered steak and Rebs comes covered by barbecue. Unfortunately when we arrived home my husband had diarrhea.
Everything was disappointing. I’m leaving beside them and this is the second time I went this branch and in both time I don’t like it. But today was worse.

We have been going to this location for years and we made some amazing friends there James in particular he is an amazing host. The last few months we have gone and the service has been horrible from the waiters to the food, tonight was the icing on the cake, my daughter and her husband had a date night and picked this location and had a few sleigh drinks and appetizer and 2 meals, we’ll thus is where is gets bad my son in laws chicken was completely raw and this is not the first time we got raw chicken from here but gave it a chance and they did it again, now my daughter is waiting to eat her meal which is cold by the time they fully cook the chicken and then they bring it out and give them a 10% discount….. that was a slap in face now her food is cold and he is sick to his stomach. I will be contacting cooperate in am and calling the health department on this location and the BBB
