Everything was really amazing. Great valentines day spot. Our server Gage I believe killed it everything was timed perfectly and drinks were full the whole time. Had the corn chowder, ahi tuna, scallops appetizer, 2 filets, and the brûlée. All great options, thanks again.
Also the complimentary bread, roasted garlic, and strawberry sorbet palette cleanser was definitely a really nice touch.
We are locals and will be back.

Holiday visit for two sisters post the Saint Augustine bed-and-breakfast tour and to enjoy the nights of lights! The service and responsiveness from hostess and wait staff were outstanding. This is a small establishment so we were thrilled to have a fabulous table in the corner. We both enjoyed our food and wine. I have deducted one star for something I believe is just silly for a restaurant of this type to demand. We asked for a second basket of bread and our server said that there would be an additional charge. Seriously – given the expense of this restaurant please just put that fee into somewhere else. It was demeaning. This may have been a one time visit.

Having no lack of fine dining experiences, Collage was fantastic in every aspect. How intimate dining should be. Warm, fluffy baked bread served with fresh roasted garlic, inviting atmosphere, perfected menu options and attentive service.  Our party of four shared 3 delicious appetizers, 4 perfect entrées, and 3 bottles of medium-priced wine, for a total of $500 with tip. VERY happy with our choice to dine here.
We had escargot, carpaccio and seared scallops wrapped in prosciutto for appetizers. While we thought salt was needed for some of us, they were each excellent. For entrees, the gentlemen had tenderloin steaks with choice of sauces and additional toppings. Melt in your mouth tender and delicious to perfection.  The ladies had black grouper and veal scallopini orleans.  The veal was delicious, and even though the steaks were perfect, the black grouper was absolutely outstanding. We all agreed the black grouper entree was the award winner.

We had dinner for our anniversary. All of the staff was very attentive, it was touching how many times we were congratulated on our anniversary. We had the scallops with squid ink risotto and the scallops and shrimp imperiale. Both dishes were superb. It is difficult to find a place with high quality diver caught scallops. It is the only way to ensure the scallops don’t have sand in them. These were perfection!! We declined an offer of dessert as we were both full, and then our server brought out a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. That timing felt odd. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

Nice and intimate 5 star restaurant, beautifully decorated, and absolutely excellent table service. The tenderloin and surf and turf were exquisite. We were there for our 5th wedding anniversary and they complimented us with a delicious dessert. Big heartfelt thank you to our waitress Kate who made our dining experience amazing!

The food was spectacular, and they were one of the few restaurants that actually honored the reservation time and seated us on time.
The menu is slightly limited, but from the dishes we ordered, they were meticulously crafted.
It’s also pricy, but for the flavor, definitely worth it.
We had the beef tenderloin carpaccio that didn’t make it to a picture but was really good They also gave us a raspberry sorbet as a palate cleanser which was a new for me and my husband, but nice!
My steak was cooked to perfection and the flavors mixed in very nicely.
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the tables were extremely close to one another, so having a conversation was difficult because everyone was in everyone’s business lol.
The servers were professional and knowledgeable on the menu.
Will probably come back at some point!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My son and I came in here on Friday night for the first time and let me tell you it exceeded our expectations! We had a server named Kate that was phenomenal! She made our dining experience extra special. There was also a server named Harmony that came over and ran food for us and also talk to my son and I and she was absolutely so sweet too! The food OMG! Hands down definitely one of the best steaks we have ever had and my son and I eat everywhere. When we come to St Augustine we visit all the different restaurants and try there cuisine. Collage is definitely going to be a must when we come back. It was immaculate and the food was extremely delicious, like on another level! The service is fantastic and even the guests were super sweet. At one point all of us in the one room started talking to one another. It was definitely one of the most memorable restaurant experiences that my son and I have ever had. We can’t wait to come back and we highly recommend to anyone that is visiting the St Augustine area. Collage is an absolute must if you want to eat amazing food!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner at Collage. The food was amazing, the portions were generous. The wine was great and at a reasonable price. All of the staff was very attentive and very friendly. We did book a reservation, but the staff was able to accommodate us early.

We have been coming here for my Birthday and it’s been our 4th time here. We both love the food but pricy. They should have several different specials since they keep having the same menu every year. It was my birthday on Saturday and the service and atmosphere was amazing. When we were getting seated I asked the person if we can seat somewhere else in a corner and he said “No”. I didn’t like where we were seated but I let it go for now. I saw other tables with two seaters. The bread was warm and garlic and olive oil was very tasty. We also had the escargo but the pastry was not so puffy but it was still good. My husband ordered the scallops dish and I had lobster ravioli. The scallops were cooked perfectly but he didn’t like the ink squid risotto. He didn’t eat much of the risotto it was over powering. They should have had alternative if you didn’t want the ink squid risotto most of it was not eaten. What a waste of money. I had the lobster ravioli and it was good except the 2 shrimp was over cooked very disappointed on that. I was surprised since this is the first time the dishes were not cooked perfectly. The rum cake that they came out for my birthday was so good and yummy. We also ordered toasted coconut ice cream made the birthday desert perfect. We paid a lot of money to have a perfect meal and it’s to bad it wasn’t 100% perfect. Overall the place was amazing but if it weren’t for other issues it would of been 100% perfect. I don’t think we would come back again I can have a better meal somewhere else with more food on what we spent that day which was $184.

My husband and I were out of town and dined here last night celebrating our 20th anniversary. I can’t say enough great things about Collage. Every detail was perfect. The appetizer was excellent and the food was extraordinary. They also gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Our waitress Emma was exquisite. We will definitely be back for sure when we are in the area.
