Two trips here in 10 days. The food.. wow. Perfectly cooked NY strips both times. I got the same pepper crusted special and my date got the same regular NY strip. Medium cooked to perfection. Brussels sprouts, salads, potatoes… all superb. Here’s the difference between the two trips- Kyla. Kyla was our waitress on trip one. She is bubbly, fun, welcoming, and one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had anywhere. She was beyond excellent! I hope she gets the clout she deserves with management. Tonight, the waitress, whose name i did not catch, was there. She didn’t have a personality or make the experience more enjoyable. But, she was there and not MIA or anything. I truly appreciate the experience of Kyla. The food is top notch. I couldn’t recommend the NY strip more!!

I never leave a review on any business BUT
I really think I need to for longhorn in Chillicothe Ohio.
The service from the time we sat down until we walked out of the restaurant was AWESOME.
the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great and the service was just right.
It was a bit pricey for us but we have celebrated Valentine’s Day fourty nine times so I don’t care about that this time.
Thank you to the staff for a pleasant experience.

Longhorn Steakhouse restaurants have long been a favorite of my husband and myself. We had never been to the Chillicothe location, though. Let me tell you, from the greeting to the farewell, it was a great experience. It was extremely busy, and there was a wait time to get in; they said approximately 30 minutes. It was only 15. The food we ordered was done to perfection the way we ordered it, and our server was friendly, fast, and efficient. The portions at Longhorn are huge, and we love that. Although my husband nearly ate his entire 20 Oz. ribeye, we still had plenty of leftovers to take home for dinner the next night. I wouldn’t say it was quiet in the restaurant. Music was playing, and a lot of people were talking, but it was still quiet enough to have a nice conversation across the table. For everything we got, the price was amazing! I had a 12 Oz. ribeye with a baked sweet potato and a strawberry pecan salad. He had a 20 Oz ribeye with a loaded baked potato and house salad. We had tea and strawberry lemonade to drink. They bring fresh, hot bread and butter before the meal, and we had the Tonion (like a blooming onion but in chip form) with dip for appetizer. I definitely left the restaurant completely satisfied with my food and the whole restaurant experience!

My father passed this past Sunday and my grandmother wanted to take us all out for dinner so she suggested this place. They took our orders right away and got our food right away. The food tasted amazing, this place did not fail to impress. I highly recommend.

Great food and great staff!!!
We celebrated my friend’s bday dinner here and we all enjoyed it. They accommodated us pretty well, knowing we are in a large party of 15.
The food was warm and so good.
Very cozy atmosphere.
We all loved it. And we definitely had a great time dining here.
Would definitely recommend !!

I had a good experience here. Service was fast and friendly. The caesar salad and loaded potato were great. The parmesan crusted chicken was cooked to perfection! But lord it was sooo salty! Had a hard time eating it. Other than that no notes.

We stopped here for dinner before attending an event in the area. While seated immediately, it seemed to take a while until our server, Madi, came, but then the service was fine. The food started out well, with a nice loaf of warm bread. The salads were very good with ample dressing. The French Onion Soup was very tasty as well. I had the 12 oz ribeye, medium rare, and a side of mushrooms along with the loaded baked potato. The potato was perfect, but the mushrooms were dry. The steak, while cooked perfectly, was over seasoned for my taste and not a good cut of beef. Ruby had a half slab of ribs and French fries and complained that the fries tasted ‘old’ and the ribs had a dry, crusty section in spite of ample sauce.
The atmosphere was nice and appeared clean. Since it wasn’t that busy, the noise level was great.

Food was so delicious, juicy and just what I needed. Shane, the Managing Partner even came out to speak with me and my Mom and even showed me his gourmet food pics!!! My filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were fully loaded.

This restaurant reminds me of a place trying to be like Outback and failed miserably. From the start the food is awful. The French onion soup was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. I ordered a filet medium well and it came out bright red and bloody. My baked potato took a bath in the blood.
I sent it back and the manager did bring me a steak back that was over cooked, like shoe leather. I asked for it medium well, light pink in the middle. I did not get it.
Then the manager said that she would cover dessert but it wound up full price on the check. The steak that I was finally able to eat barely had any flavor. The baked potato was covered in salt and I couldn’t eat the outside of it.
It was really disappointing. The only good part about this visit is that the manager tried to make it right. Unfortunately she fell short.
As far as accessibility goes I was able to navigate the restaurant with my walker but they wanted to move it while we were eating. I don’t like doing that, I had placed it out of the way. The fact that they have rugs throughout made the floor less slippery which is a plus. The bathroom was a little tight but I could get my walker in the stall.
