We came in as this Friday afternoon for a family get together, i understand we are a bit of a bigger party and it’s a Friday night, however. Everything we experienced tonight was absolutely unacceptable. We did get greeted with drinks pretty rapidly which was nice, however. It took about 25 minutes to put our food in, and an additional 30 minutes just to get our appetizers. Which again (busy night we all get it) but when it takes about an hour to receive 3 10” pizza’s, just for them all to come out undercooked and raw. That was the bottom line. THEN we ask for a manager and come to find out the owner was the one that greeted us with a “what’s up”which was very unprofessional. This restaurant does not have the staffing nor the space to try and handle the capacity that they are trying to take care of, i get It’s a Friday. I do. Everyone wants to be out with their families, but coming from a manager in the service industry, you guys need to try your hardest and figure out a better rhythm and have set sections because all the staff was everywhere running just trying to help out whoever they could. Very terrible experience. This was my first and will be my LAST time at this location.

Vero’s Pizza has a relaxed atmosphere and fantastic service. I ordered a gluten free pizza and easy on the cheese. They made my pizza really quickly, exactly as ordered. The pizza was good; the ricotta and the vegetable toppings were fresh. I will definitely dine at Vero’s again. Although I was just there for a quick bite at lunch, I couldn’t help but notice there was bar and an advertisement for a Limoncello Spritz, so I have a few friends who I may bring back to enjoy a weekend dinner.

The buttercrust deep dish is delicious. I love this place. It makes me feel like I am somewhere else. People are just nice and welcome. I highly recommend this place. The pictures are 2 hours before the rush hours.

We visited Veros in Queen Creek on Friday the 16th and had a disappointing experience. Although we were seated at 6:00 PM and received quick drink service initially, we weren’t checked on again for 30 minutes. After ordering appetizers and three pizzas, we waited 55 minutes for the pizzas, only to find them still raw. When we requested to speak to a manager, she approached us dismissively with “what’s up guys” and, despite seeing the raw pizzas, questioned the employee to verify if they were undercooked. The overall service and food quality were unsatisfactory.

As someone who has eaten innumerable deep dish pizzas across Chicago, I’m shocked – this IT. This is the one. I had the “Water Tower” and I can’t believe how good this is, it blows most deep dish pizzas from Chicago out of the water. The sauce, the toppings, the cheese, the crust – Vero nails ALL of it. I recommend this as the place in town for any nostalgic Chicagoans.

We had a thin crust and a deep dish. Also had calamari and the spinach dip. The calamari was def not my speed. Was not really tender. The spinach dip was fire though! Had some spice to it. Great flavor.
The pizzas were good. A bit pricy but pretty good quality.
Our server was cool but a bit overwhelmed. Nice guy tho.
Overall it’s good.. I’d go back for sure.

Love the Pizza here! We have been getting our pizza here exclusively since they opened. Parking lot is a bit of a challenge on busy weekend nights, but worth it for the yummy product.

For a really good deep dish pizza, Vero’s is the place to go to! The sauce, the crust, the flavor, was just perfect. Excellent customer service. This location is definitely the best!
