Absolutely disgusting! I guess the mixer is not working so I had to hand mix my own shake. The french fries were not cooked all the way and the chicken was burned. They put mayonnaise on my sandwich when I told them no mayonnaise and the tomatoes are rotten and there was maybe one sliver of lettuce. Horrible experience and I will never go back to this location

This is the third time out of four visits that my order was filled incorrectly. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo and received a spicy chicken wrap. I did get the Dr. Pepper I ordered, but no fries. Not sure what is happening at Tulsa Hills, but they need a reboot.

On Sun the 23rd at 12:35ish in Tulsa Hills, I got a new double QP with BBQ; one of the 2 patties was solid pink inside. You’d think after all the problems a few months ago, they’d ensure all patties are cooked completely. This is now my evidence if I get sick!!!

Just when you think McDonald’s can’t get worse! This is why I stopped eating fast food at all. I regret it EVERY time. This was trash!! It was warm, but look at the nuggets?? They’re SO small and thin, there’s hardly any crust. Plus I MOBILE ordered 3 things, JUST 3 things. Then was the ONLY person in the drive thru when I picked up and they STILL didn’t get that right!! I’m missing one of my 3 items… They were friendly, but no one can eat friendly.

When did McDonald’s remove the playgrounds? That was the whole reason we stopped here. Adults couldn’t even eat anything on the menu. No grilled chicken or high protein, low calorie options.

Genuinely one of my favorite McDonald’s locations. The food is always made extremely hot and fresh. There is a very kind lady running the drive through every Sunday morning and she makes our day! If you’re looking for a location to redeem McDonald’s for you, you should come here!

This place is NASTY!!! They have no personality and my Husbands quarter pounder had the paper on the meat still. He bit into it. Our fries were over cooked, stale and cold with no salt. We literally had to go to a different McDonald’s to get fries. Do better McDonalds. If you are going to charge 50.00 for three meals at least make it edible.

Man it never fails… every single time I take my kids thru this McDonald’s which is often cause I live over here this always happens… food is cooked perfectly and the service is great and they move super fast… this is the best McDonald’s around
