Hamburgers looked very pretty, but there was no seasonings ( salt or pepper) on the meat. Chili on hot dog had no flavor as well. Very unusual, normally food is good.

Love the food but they really need to pay attention to orders. Ordered a junior cheeseburger plain with lettuce only. I received a cheeseburger with onion, tomato and mayo, no lettuce. The receipt even said plain with lettuce. I wish I could say this was the first time but it at least the 3rd time something like this has happened! Need to do better

Pal’s it’s always amazing. They have great food for great prices and great staff always friendly and no matter how busy they are they get you your exact order lightning fast. It’s easily my favorite fast food joint.

That’s not enough stars for Pals! Pals is simply the best fast chain around. I recommend the big pal with bacon. And if you forget the fries you are wrong because they might be the best fries in existence. I really don’t know how they compact so much flavor so fast. Pals is u beatable!!

October 2023. Located in Morristown, Tn. My first time stopping by here. Pals Sudden Services does live up to its name. There is only a drive thru where you place food order at one window, pay, & then circle the building to pick the food. No inside dining. The menu had typical American fast food. Burgers, fries hotdogs, chili dogs, & drinks. Alot more on menu. But I forgot to take a picture of it. I ordered a chili dog & fresh fries. After picking up my lunch. I sat in a parking space & ate in vehicle. I enjoyed the quick tasty food. For a fast food place. No complaints here! I’ll return one day. Pics inenclosed.

The burgers are HEAVY, be hungry when ordering here. They are so good, but we use it like a treat, once in a while. Lots of grease, lots of flavor.

I’m not lying when I say this is probably the best fast food I’ve ever had. Prices are better than any other competition. Quality is so much better like their burger is one of the most delicious burgers I’ve had. The Frenchie Fries are a must. I dont know what they do to make them but they are beyond a doubt the best fries I’ve ever had. If you’re in Johnson City, Pal’s is a must
