Stood in line for almost an hour and there was only 4 families ahead of us. Waited another hour for our food. The manager at the register is the very definition of “scattered brained”. She was all over the place and couldn’t stay focused on one task.
Also we had to clean our own table because every empty table was dirty and covered in dirty dishes. Floors were also dirty. Without a doubt you need more help at the front counter and in the dinning room.

We ordered delivery and were supposed to receive my order at 11:41pm, it then changed to 12:15am. When we got the pizzas they were burnt, tough, not even cut through, and looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes. We were also told that the delivery driver would have change. When the driver got there he said he didn’t have any change so our only option was to give him a 90% tip. When we went to the store today with the pizza the manager told us that is just how the pizzas are supposed to be (it looks completely different online) and then tried to say it was DoorDash that delivered. Then we saw the man working in the kitchen and told her that’s who it was and when she asked why he didn’t bring us change he didn’t have an answer. She refunded one pizza and refused to refund any of the “tip” we were forced to give if we wanted to eat (which we couldnt even eat it because it was so tough and disgusting)

Stopped into this restaurant. Exterior was quite dirty, but we were hungry. Inside was a bit better, although carpet looked like no one had vacuumed all day. No one cleaned tables. Had to pick up food at a window. NO PLATES OR SILVERWARE. You use napkins as your plates. Clean up when you leave! Never have I had a worse experience. Would not recommend.

Ordered pizza at 1021pm, delivery time said between 10:50-11pm, 1120 goes by i call the store, app says still preparing, person that answered said still waiting on a driver, pizza gets here at 1141, over a hr past when I ordered and 40-50 mins past the delivery window, on the app it was marked dropped off and handed to me at 1126, but that was false, got the pizza, can tell it was sitting, crust was tough, burnt, cinnamon rolls was half burnt, at the time all this showed up we weren’t really even hungry, we wanted to sleep. Also ordered 2 extra garlic sauce and 2 extra pizza sauce and didn’t receive those.

They seem to cater more to door dash. I think they’d do better to separate dine in and door dash. There was no wait for a table but the wait for food was 45 minutes at one visit and an hour the 2nd visit. Food was good when we got it both times. The first visit nobody told us our order would be called out to pick up. We saw what we thought was part of it sitting in the window and inquired to then be told to listen for our number. They never called our number. The door dash orders are called loud and clear! When we saw part of our order we were told the other still had to be cooked. I think it went to someone else. I’m not sure who was in charge but a team is only as good as their leader.

We do not have Pizza Hut anymore back where we live. So, we were super excited to see Pigeon Forge had one. Ordered for delivery around 5:30, arrived around 6:30. Traffic is always hectic around this area, so please be prepared to wait, after ordering. Everything was fresh and warm still when it was delivered. I paid for condiments, they did not come with our order. The price was alittle more $ then other delivery services. That’s the *price* you pay while on vacation.

Came in to eat and stood at the register to be ignored. Lots of employees and the lobby wasn’t actually too bad from the comments I read. Stood there 10 minutes and decided to walk to Dennys. Was going to save a few bucks eating at Pizza Hut, next time I want pizza it will not be from here.

We ordered pizza at 7:21 on a Monday night. We had a delivery time of 7:58 to our place 19 minutes away. At 8:14, we called asking about our order. The person answering said “Let me check on your order, please hold for a minute” . We were placed on hold and it’s been 27 minutes listening to music and nobody has come back online. Still waiting on an expected cold pizza at 8:45. Do NOT order pizza from this Pizza Hut!!! Will update this review if we ever get a pizza…….

Pizza hut has really gone downhill, but this one.Where’s the most like the ones i was used to as a kid have I been to in more than twenty years. Is great atmosphere full menu n f felt safe, bringing my kid here at ten thirty at night.

I swear the pizza is getting thinner & large is getting smaller. Like this “limited edition” was ridiculous thin. I honestly thought it was a cheese crust at some point. Just because it was almost see through. It was also “rubbery”, like hard to chew, in some spots. The picture on the app does make the pizza seem bigger than reality. I personally do not think it was worth $20.99
