Amazing! I have always loved Indian cuisine and am fairly familiar with it. So happy to see quality flavorful food nearby! We started with the Samosa Chaat, papadum and my friend had the Crab Rangoon! The Samosa chaat with papadum took me right back to my travels in India! They had Kingfisher beer but will have my absolute favorite “Taj” soon! The Indian Chai tea was spot on as well! We continued lunch with Chicken Tikka Masala and I had butter chicken! Also added garlic naan because for me no curry dish is complete without Naan!! LOL Again amazing flavors and so fresh tasting. Ask to add some heat if you like it spicy!! I brought Chicken curry home for my husband and is was delicious! My friend brought home pizza for her kids and she said her son did not stop making sounds for 20 minutes about how delicious they were! Our server was a young gentleman named Yash! He made the experience even more enjoyable! Well done to the owners and family at the Flavors of India in Skowhegan! I hope you flourish here!! See you soon!!

This is the most amazing handmade food made when ordered by the owner she cooks food to die for. Her son serves and recommends and deactibes everything perfectly. My family and I eat here at least three nights a week. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

This Memorial Day weekend my family and I were looking to try the new local restaurant. I had heard lots of good things from several of my clients and decided to check it out. The building is spotless, the parking is ample, the service is outstanding and the food is second to none! Ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Byrani, a Garlic Naan for the table as well as a vegetable Lomein for the little one. I’m known to seek out Indian food wherever I am traveling, and was shocked that these dishes were by far and away the best versions I had ever experienced. The owners even brought out a small plate of French fries (gratis) to keep the little one happy. Step outside of your familiarity zone and Don’t miss this absolute gem as it’s sure to impress! We are already planning our next visit.

I’ve eaten here a few times for work and have tried a few items.
So far it’s been a good experience!
The Naan is quite yummy, and we have tried a few of the pizzas too.
Tonight we got the Chicken Tikka Masala, which I liked alot. Its very filling the amount of food you get.

I was scared to try Indian food since I didn’t have much experience with it. I tried the Mix Vegetable Curry and it was fantastic. Right amount of spice mixed with a little bit of sweet. The perfect dish to start my new food journey.

Never had Indian food before. My son brought me here for lunch. I got the Tandoor Chicken and garlic Naan and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was an appetizer and came on a bed of lettuce and onions and with a sweet dipping sauce. So good. The naan bread was also so good. Came out nice and warm. I will definitely be going back to try other stuff. I highly recommend it

A well rounded establishment, great atmosphere, friendly staff. I had their Carnivore pizza tonight. I’ve had meat pizzas before, but not like this. It wasn’t pouring grease like so many do or muddle the flavor. Everything worked like a symphony in my mouth. No flavor overpowered any of the others. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Next visit, I’m thinking chicken marsala.

This food was over priced and not tasty. I got vegetarian Channa Masala and it had no vegetables, only chicpeas and sauce. The chicken Tikka was not great either. The chicken tasted old and was tough. The Mango Lassi was sour and had very little mango taste or rose water taste. The garlic Nan was thick and chewy and expensive. $4 for 1 little Pappadom was disappointing. I may try their specialty pizza at some point, but not so sure about this.

This is a very delicious place to go eat if you want to try Indian food. Not only that but they have Chinese and American cuisine, I recommend trying the “Bombay crush” which is a very tasty drink. Overall I loved this experience for someone who doesn’t really eat Indian food, I will be coming here more frequently.
