Overall this place is nice. Lots of vegetarian & vegan choices & all the classic taqueria options, too. I got a chocolate malt that wasn’t very malty however.

There’s usually a bit of a wait for a table, but trust me — it’s absolutely worth it. The kitchen consistently turns out mouthwatering dishes that make the anticipation fade away after the first bite. Prices are fair and approachable, especially for the quality and portion sizes you receive. It’s easily climbed to the top of my list of favorite dining spots. Beyond the fantastic food, the service truly stands out. The staff is attentive, friendly, and quick to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Very nice experience. Clean restaurant, fast service, and good food. A side of beans is vegan but the rice is not vegan. All of the tacos were good with the favorite being the pastor. Guacamole was incredible.
Nice, simple, and clean food. Would love if there was some more sides, but this is a great spot. Reminds me of simple vegan food from back in the day. We have come a few times and will continue to return.

I’ve been going to El Faro for over 34 years! The food is home made and everything there is very good I’ve had tacos, tortas, Bistec Ala mexican. My favorite is tacos with lettuce and tomato I recommend this place

I grew up eating tacos al pastor and once I became a vegetarian I haven’t had them in years, this place is so great! Husband and I got burrito al pastor, tacos al pastor, steak tacos, and steak quesadilla (all vegetarian!) and we loved everything! The service was so quick and everyone was very nice. I can’t wait to come back again!
