When you enter the remodeled tavern, you will find an expanded place that beckons you to gather with your family and friends. It will be relaxing and family-friendly, with several new big screen TVs, new 10-foot long social tables, a rustic, brick fireplace, and a new 8 beer tap system behind the bar. We have a Chef-driven seasonal menu with hearty, creative entrees, along with pub fare that includes homemade soups, sandwiches, and chicken wings. Daily food & drink specials will be offered, along with craft cocktails and domestic bottled beer. Please note, we no longer serve pizza, but you won’t miss it when you try out the rest of our wonderful menu! Additionally, live music will be playing on Friday and Saturday nights from 7-10p

We had a good experience at Brickhouse 40 in Granby, Colorado. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a nice spot for a relaxed meal. We didn’t have to wait for a table. We ordered the Chicken Picatta, the Avo-Rado Chicken Burger, and the New York Cheesecake—everything tasted really good!
The service was a bit slow, even though only a few tables were occupied, but the staff was friendly and the food made up for the wait. The restaurant is multiple seating option with high chairs, a countertop seating area, and a separate large space that works well for big groups.
Overall, it was a good dining experience. Recommended!

Great atmosphere! However, food was an “okay”, nothing to be surprised about, we found some old lettuces in our burger and some things weren’t that fresh. Costumer service was slow, it was not that busy and we had to ask twice and wait about 10 minutes for spoons to be delivered to our table.
20 minutes was the waiting time to get a table. We heard this was the best in town, but not sure about that! We found other small spots with a better review to leave.
However we are grateful and thankful for the opportunity to check this place out!

I went last week with my family and the food was amazing! I got the chicken piccata, the Hatch Burger, and the fettuccine. Everything was full of flavor and tasty. We also had the S’mores Bread Pudding for dessert and it was delicious. Our server Bodi was honestly the best!! super attentive, friendly, and gave us great recommendations. He suggested the fettuccine and offered the dessert, and he was spot on with everything. He kept checking in on us to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Thank you Bodi, for the fantastic service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Chicken piccata was excellent. Von cooked the dish to perfection. Bodhi, our server was great and the rest of the staff were polite and attentive. I will be coming back to see what else Von can whip up. Only feedback was that I wish the steak was not a strip, but a little better cut of meat. I didnt order it because it was a strip. Other than that- place is great

The perfect spot for lunch after an outdoor adventure nearby. We hiked Monarch Lake and then stopped in Brickhouse for burgers and a beer. I got the brickhouse bowl and really enjoyed. Patrick was really nice and the atmosphere was lovely. I’ll definitely stop in again!

Granby has some great restaurants to check out if you’re in the area. Brickhouse 40 is awesome!! Natalie our server was amazing. We really enjoyed talking with her. Her husband from our understanding made our dinner. Omg, you couldn’t ask for better. I had the Fish and Chips. The fries do not need Ketchup!!! The fish was fried to perfection. Very flaky and tender. My husband had the brickhouse Bowl and loved it. We are staying in the area over the next 4 days. Im pretty sure we will find our way back for more amazing food and hospitality!! ❤️

Great place for some dinner. 4th of July weekend so everything here is PACKED. They had a girl who has never been waitress help us and she was so sweet and attentive. Kudos for the effort on the staff here. They really dealt with the extra business as best they could. NOW on to the food!

We had the buffalo wings and loved their spin on this traditional. Very nice crisp on the wings. The ranch is a tad runny for my liking but great flavor. The bleu cheese was not my favorite.
The Colorado green chili was surprisingly tasty. I don’t know what I was expecting, but even on a hot day, it hit the spot and was very light. A bowl

The kids menu!!!! Such great selections! My daughter had the kids noodles with butter and LOVED them. It’s like they vanished! She also loves the fries with the ranch soooo much.
My son had the 1/2 pound brick house burger. It was cooked medium and he loved it. It disappeared.
My wife had the house salad and a pretzel and she enjoyed them both.
