Food was good. Margaritas were not. The place was small but neat looking.

Excellent experience all around—no complaints, except for the delicious dilemma of whether to finish my meal on the spot or take it home to enjoy with eggs in the morning. The margarita was impressively huge, the mole was spot-on, and the grand burrito with steak did not disappoint. My daughter actually found a kids’ menu option she loved (a rare win!), and the kids’ sample platter was a great choice.

The ambiance was warm, clean, and beautifully decorated with well-kept plants. But what truly stood out was the service—our waitress (Esmeralda) and the entire staff treated us with genuine kindness, respect, and smiles, making the experience even more special. It was such a welcoming atmosphere that our family felt comfortable having meaningful, life-affirming conversations over dinner, and end with big grins and giggles, as we meandered back to our car.

Well done—we’ll definitely be back!

We are visiting my mom in Colorado and looked for a place we could go eat. We found Si Senior in Erie. Our server Esmeralda was great. The food was amazing. My mom had the chicken mole. I had the Si Senior Enchiladas and my husband had the chicken and steak fajitas.
Oh my goodness. Everything was so delicious!! I never finish my beans and my plate was clean.
The rice is great, the tortillas light and fluffy. The margaritas was the medium so I hope you are thirsty if you have one.
For dessert we had churros filled with white chocolate. This is the first time we have ever had a churros we enjoyed.
If you are in the front range area of Colorado, make sure you come to Si Seniors in Erie! You will not be disappointed. If I could rate them more than 5stars I would.

The atmosphere is fun and the decorations are cute. The green chili was good and spicy. The tostadas were bland, the rice was bland and the beans were overly salted. The chips were warm and the salsa was good too. But the price of everything will most likely prevent us from returning, Three tostada were over $21. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is decent but it’s a one and done for us.

So we were there the other night. 5 tables in the whole restaurant. We waited 10 minutes after ordering for a flat sprite and coke. We ordered our food 25-30 minutes later my son’s tacos were burnt, my enchiladas the cheese was burnt. What is that about? Kitchen on eternal smoke break trying to cover up forgetting our ticket? The server never came back to check on us sgevwas just way too busy a 6th table walked in and there were 2 servers on the floor. 3 tables each guess that’s thier limit. Found out what the pop was flat – you people fill pitchers expecting it to stay carbonated seriously? Who does that? People to lazy or cheap to wash extra glasses? I think you need a lesson in carbonation from Coca-Cola on how the process works. Then, the table behind us had a toddler birthday and she put the ice cream with sparkler right in front of the baby….WHAT? Who does that? Our horrible server finally asks my son if he wants more sprite here comes the pitcher gross. The water was room temperature why? I flagged her down for a box I couldn’t eat I took it for the chicken to give to a baby kitten who is to scared to come forth. She left the check with the box. All in all the food was horrible, flat pop and sprite costs more than dr pepper even though I ordered a coke. $42.00 later still hungry I left no tip and wrote on the receipt poor service and flat pop. We won’t be back and the salsa had so much garlic it didn’t even taste good, we like garlic. Almost 2 days to get the taste out of my mouth. Really sad.

First time here and we found they have really great food! We were too hungry to take photos of our food, but I had ceviche and hubby had Carne Asada, and he says it’s the best he’s had in a long time! Maria was our server and was on it the whole time. Definitely coming back!

We came from out of town and chose this restaurant after a long days hike. Mari was so attentive during our visit. If you come here, definitely ask her. We ordered 1 appetizer and 2 entrees and even a desert. Wonderful place. Would recommend. The margarita was amazing as well.

We’ve been going to Si Senor for years, I can’t even count how many hundreds of times we have visited it. I am sorry to say that the quality has progressively gone down, as the prices have significantly increased, but we liked supporting local business and the green chili is really good. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday, she had specifically requested Si Senor so we ordered delivery through them, and were promised a little over half an hour.
An hour after the promised delivery time my cameras pick up that there is someone on the porch, after the driver had waited 20 minutes, I walk out to three bags soaking in sauce and the boxes completely collapsed on each other.
As I start to unpack the food I can’t really make heads or tails of what has happened, it honestly looks like the food was juggled. Everything was like it has been turned on its side and the food was just piles of mess. The food has taken so long that the tacos had disintegrated, they had givens us four green chili containers instead of the dip sampler we ordered, they made the wrong chimichanga…everything had some sort of problem.
I called the restaurant and explained what had happened. The associate that answered said it wasn’t their fault if the driver made a mistake. I explained again that it wasn’t only the state of the food, which was still their responsibility, but the fact that three of the orders had significant problems. Once again I was told that it wasn’t their fault if a driver made a mistake. I yet again explained that it would be impossible for the driver to put the wrong ingredients in the order and that even though state of the food was an issue, I was more concerned about the errors. At this point she asked what I wanted for resolution, I said I wanted a refund, I was informed that would be impossible. I told her that really wasn’t acceptable and asked that she put the manager on.
The phone was then transferred to a male with less than cordial manners. I explained again what had happened, and we were back into the second round of this circle. At that point I just tell him that I will make the four block drive to show him the pictures of what I am talking about.
I get there and there is a man sitting at the front, he informs me he is the owner and who I had been talking to. I again start trying to go over what is going on, to which he stands up and yell at me to stop yelling at him. I tell him that I am not yelling that it’s my normal voice (I wasn’t yelling, I’m a teacher and just have a loud voice). I try to show him the photos at which he tries to grab my phone out of my hand. I tell him he needs to take his hands of my property and me at which point he sits back down. I place the phone on the counter and try to scroll through what had been delivered, and not been delivered. He refused to look down, and just stared me down. He then informs me that he already knows what went wrong, admitting fault, I’m like “great, what happened, and can we come to a resolution.” At which point he aggressively steps at me and tells me no, that I don’t want to hear it, and that I “don’t come in his house and tell him what to do.” Flabbergasted, I actually asked, “did you realize that you just physically threatened me by your actions, is that what you intended to do?” I think he did realize what he did because he sat down, and said the only resolution would be for me to drive back to my house, collect all the containers, and then bring them back to the restaurant. Completely floored I told him that would be impossible, that what was going to happen was that I would dispute the charge, and that I would make sure to let people know how he truly feels about loyal customers. He literally told me he didn’t care.
I couldn’t believe that some dips and a few mistakes on an order had turned into this. If this owner does this to a loyal customer…I can’t fathom what his priorities are. I truly believe in supporting local businesses, but only those that actually care about their customers.
