Neutral responses here for a few reasons.

We are traveling staying at a hotel near the restaurant.

A few things.

My burrito, typical bean burrito, but “grilled” came to me looking like the photo. Couldn’t eat it like a burrito. But it tasted fine, and the ingredients were fresh and fine. Burrito was just ugly.

I ordered Cheesy fiesta potatoes, and they didn’t give me a fork .

I mentioned I was picking up for “Kyle and Stefanie” and they gave us Andrews drink. Sorry Andrew!

Service was fine, food was typical taco bell. Just little errors. We’d eat there again if we needed something on the fly.

i’ve been to the mt zion rd (lebanon indiana) location twice- online order picked up thru the drive thru both times. the first time, i got home, bit into a taco and a long hair came out i went for my burrito, and the beans were like that crusty dry end of the pan beans. i took the order back to the store and asked for a remake. i wasn’t a karen, the manager was super apologetic, it was all good.
the second visit (online order defaulted to this store, my bad) – dude on the drive thru speaker was short and rude; got to the window, was given drink and food without a word, i said thank you & dude just shut the window in my face lollll. i had to park and go in for sauce, napkins etc. i got home and the tacos were a mess- very little in the taco, and what was there was old, melty and low key slimy – pic attached. i took the order back, again politely asked for a remake. different manager this time, and he said “well what’s wrong with it?” – so i showed him the tacos. he told the employees to remake, one of them asked what was wrong with it, and manager BARKED “it doesn’t matter what’s wrong with it! i said remake it!!”
i get it bc i’ve been there: working food retail is sometimes the worst. staffing sucks, customers suck, working with teens can be difficult, etc. the crap food wasn’t a one off tho – upper management needs to retrain the store, and perhaps help support the stressed out store manager.

I am not sure if these women have a friendly competition going on to see who can give the best customer service, but i thought I was talking to an AI at first because they were so warm and lively in their greeting… and it wasn’t just one worker, but all of the ladies working the drive through on my multiple visits over the past month. Thanks Guys, Keep up the great work!

Literally the worst Taco Bell in existence. Walked in to get some food and all the workers were in the back hitting their vape, going in and out lobby door to smoke/ talk. Worst experience ever. Sitting right in the restaurant writing this review and it’s been about 20 minutes. Maybe 2 people in the drive thru. One had to come out because they forgot some of our food, and then had to go back in because we realized they also forgot our drinks. Worst experience ever, every single time we come down here, have given multiple chances.

If a health inspector entered this place, you guys would be shut down immediately. Smoking in the freezer, and around the food. Fire hazard, safety hazard, and just horrible for your store. Usually I don’t leave reviews like this, but this place is an atrocity.
edit: just got into the bag, looks like my taco had a bite taken out of it! Had to throw straight in the trash after spending 30$ Great customer service!

Tried this place again today. Wait times were close to 16 minutes. No cheese on the tacos. Employees were slow. One girl in the back looked like she hadn’t slept and was just walking nice and slow here and there and not even helping with the orders. Just avoid this place.

We walked in and it was clean. The staff was courteous. It wasn’t busy, but they were patient as we read through the menu.

Bathroom was clean and they have nice stalls that don’t have cracks between the doors. Unfortinately, no changing table.

Took a little time for our food to come out, but it was all hot and correct. They had a nice drink selection. The drink area was a little messy but it takes just one person to make a mess. There was also a little seat that faces the menu that I assume is to wait for your food.

Dinning room looked nice and clean. It had one large table that looked like it was for 6-8 people. The rest seemed to be 2-6 person tables.

I had beefy frito burritos. I would have preferred more fritos in them, but that’s a personal preference. The mini chicken quesadilla was spicier than I was expecting. No complaints from my husband about his soft taco or burrito. We got the fruit punch for a drink and it was your standard fruit punch.

I would stop here again if driving through, but really dissapointed that there was no changing table.

Your wait times are going to be impressive. If you’re on your lunch break from work, don’t bother, they will not get you your food before you are out of time. Unless you have a literal hour to sit there and wait for them. I spent 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting for them and still had to leave without my food. I get that it’s fast food, minimum wage minimum effort and all that, but you actually have to do anything to justify getting paid.

Terrible Service. Staff was rude. Drink machine was down. Waited half an hour for them to end up giving us 3 bags because they forgot half of the order. After receiving the second bag we noticed we were still missing some items, we were given a third bag and this is the taco that was inside. Will not be returning, we will visit the Anson location since it will apparently save some time and money. ✨ ps it wasn’t a complicated order. a chicken quesadilla, a taco, and a grilled cheese burrito. should not have even been an issue.

Traveling though. Just ordered a vegetarian Crunchwrap and finally got to eating once we got on the road and it has meat in it. Not turning around but spent $10 on a crunch wrap with meat and a pintos and cheese with no silverware. Can’t eat anything.
