I received my pizza in terrible condition—most of the toppings slid to one side, leaving the other half bare. When I called the store, they said they’d replace it but only if I returned the ruined one. That meant waiting another 30 minutes for a new pizza, and this was already at 11 PM. Chris went over and above to give me excellent service. Upon his thorough quality control inspection, he felt the toppings on my 3 pizzas were a bit lacking. He offered a credit, a soda, or a new pizza in 8 minutes. I accepted the pizza and it was fantastic. While waiting in my car he brought out all 4 pizzas and handed them to me without having to come back in. I was extremely impressed by him, his concern, friendly attitude, level of customer service and professionalism. In my opinion, he’s an excellent example, representative of your company, and deserves the highest form of compensation available. Thank you Chris. You’re a Rockstar!!

I came in there on Friday 5.16.25. There was a really nice older gentleman in there. I ordered four pizzas. I only had $100 bill I was gonna have $67 change. The guy called him over a tall black haired kid to get some more 20s and the kid came over and said we don’t have change you can’t get your pizza. The older gentleman was really nice when I called to find out who the black haired kid was young man. They told me they couldn’t give out any names. The pizza was great, but that guy in there was very rude. It’s not very nice and he was very rude to the old man in there too that sad and broke my heart, and he just had terrible customer service. Promote the older gentleman in there he was kind and had good customer service

We always order delivery so that’s the only reason for 2 stars on atmosphere. BUT we order from this location about every other week and our order is always right and delivered promptly!! Still hot!! Tonight our pizza safety personnel was Simon, who was courteous and prompt! Thank you! Thank you also to Caleb, (precious pizza safety personnel). And also to Corey for being helpful. The need to pressure customers into tipping someone who only makes your pizza? Cooks get paid more than a waitress because tips are for waiters that are underpaid. The idea of tips is diminished and expected for everything then people don’t even want to tip waiters now. I ordered and picked up my pizza myself, and their pizza is Not great.

Domino’s stands out as a reasonably priced pizza restaurant at a time when prices continue to rise in all areas. The quality of the food is good and the quickness they prepare it is fast. The employees of the East Valley Trent Ave. Domino’s Pizza store are professional and friendly. I’ve been happy coming here since they opened their doors. I recommend.
