I had someone pick me up hardee’s and this is what i received. A burnt biscuit meal with burnt dry hard sausage and biscuit was hard dry eggs were cold tater tots was lukewarm i couldn’t believe it. I had to have someone drive all the way back up there and get a refund instead of being able to eat because breakfast ends at 10:30am so this must have been the last end of the food.

Service was great l. But maybe you need to have your workers that prepares the food ware hair nets, Hispanic lady got her hair in my burger, was getting down to the end the best part of the burger, took a bite and pulled back a strand of hair. Then tried to call them but no answer..smh

I have to tell you that if you are looking for a breakfast that feels like a warm hug from a Southern grandmother who also happens to own a deep fryer then you need to get your family to Hardees immediately. I went there recently with the whole crew and let me tell you those made from scratch biscuits are the real deal because they are hand rolled and baked every fifteen minutes which is basically a miracle in the fast food world. We skipped the boring toast and went straight for the heavy hitters like the Frisco breakfast burger which is this glorious mess of thin sliced ham and folded egg on buttery sourdough that makes you feel like a champion before eight in the morning. For the kids I highly recommend the cinnamon raisin biscuits because they are sweet enough to keep them quiet for at least ten minutes while you try to drink your coffee in peace and you absolutely cannot forget a massive side of hash rounds to share since they are those perfect little crispy potato circles that everyone ends up fighting over anyway. The best part about taking the family there is that you can actually get a massive amount of food without feeling like you need to take out a second mortgage thanks to their mix and match deals that let you stack up biscuit sandwiches for the whole table. I went there for lunch with my daughter yesterday. While taking our order, the cashier was on her phone. Very loud place. The food was cold. The hot ham and cheese was warm I’m sure it was microwaved. My daughters hamburger was cold, and so was the fries. This pictured was my large fry lol. They didn’t even bother to open the box to put the fries in. I went up and asked if that was a large fry only to be told yes and laughed at as I was walking back to sit down. Did I mention the workers were very loud, I think they were arguing at one point. Not good ar all. You can’t call a number for customer service to provide feedback.

I asked for fresh curly fries, they were Not. I put mayo on everything including fries. So when I asked the employee Franko for more mayo he looks at me and says 1 out 2 in your bag, and I replied that I asked for a lot after I paid for my order and he acted as if the mayo packet were coming out of his paycheck! He literally gave me 1 more until the manager told him to give me what I asked for. Unprofessional and horrible customer service I bartend and have guests ask for extras all the time and if we don’t charge for it, say lemons, they get extra lemons. It’s Not rocket science.

This is my favorite Hardee’s (sadly it’s farther from my house but the one close to me is awful and I haven’t been to Hardee’s in 2yrs before this one because of the awful service). Food is always good and hot. Service is friendly and fast. What more do you want from fast food

The gentleman that took my order through the drive-through this morning, was working by himself and doing a fantastic job. I do appreciate a hard worker and Hardee’s food is generally very good.
