I had an excellent experience with Fazoli’s! Mandy and Marcy took outstanding care of me and made sure my catering order was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was made to perfection and exactly as ordered.

I stopped at Fazoli’s and had a great experience. The food came out incredibly fast, almost before I even sat down, which honestly surprised me in a good way. Everything tasted fresh and better than I expected for the price. It ended up being a really solid deal for the portions and quality. I’d definitely go back when I want something quick, tasty, and affordable. There were a lot of deals and a pretty solid dinner deal!

This was my first ever visit to any Fazolis. It was a birthday party for my 6 year old granddaughter with about 7 adults and 5 small children. The service was very quick to take care of excited kids and we received excellent food. The only thing that could have made it better is if there was a play area for the kids, but that’s certainly not a detractor.

Excellent service! Very clean! Great Value! I had a fantastic experience. I clowned Fazolis for years without ever trying it. My Italian grandmother was probably rolling in her grave watching me step foot on the property. But after going I was genuinely blown away with how surprisingly good the pasta and subs were. I absolutely loved the food! I grew up not too far from a Fazoli’s (i moved to NE Ohio) and anytime I find one around me, I HAVE to go! Fazoli’s is my most favorite restaurant! I tell everyone that I know that the best way to describe it is, “Olive Garden quality (but better), but with a drive through!” I love love love Fazoli’s!!! I wish there was one near me!

I had the ultimate combination platter. It came with four items: spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, linguini alfredo, and one other. One of them I’m not sure which, was horribly over salted. The rest of it was edible as long as I had a bite of the breadstick along with the food. This has happened once before at this place. However the majority of the time the food is good. The waitress says the sauce is not made on site, so possibly this was just a bad batch.

On a recent road-trip I stopped in and ate here with my kiddos. Pasta and mozzarella balls was our picking and the kids loved it. They had never had Fazoli’s before and I was great full this location delivered on my expectations.
Food was hot and fresh and we enjoyed our unlimited breadsticks dining-in.
Clean and just off I-70 makes it a great stop to eat when passing through Columbus, Ohio.

Since I’ve recently started a job operating in this area, I’ve stopped at this Fazoli’s for carry out a few times now in the evenings. Tonight was the second night that Kathy D has waited on me & she has been extremely polite & professional both visits. I’ve had a good experience with the staff & the food in all of my visits. Even the customers are pleasant & courteous to one another. It’s like a whole different little world going on in here? It really does make a difference & keeps me wanting to continue to return, as it is a nice way to end a long day of work. Thank you very much for providing truly great service & I’ll see you all again soon!
