This is a great place to eat, foods great. Service is great. And it’s clean with no smells. Omelette size is fair and good, pancake size fair and good.
But come on. This is not 4 dollars worth of hash browns. That’s utterly ridiculous. Last pic is after taking one bite. Do better IHOP.

I arrived in with a small group of four on new Year’s morning. The store didn’t look too busy, and smelled of fresh coffee and syrup. I ordered a water, and looked through the menu. After ordering we were met with about a 20 minute wait. I was very eager to try my Pancackes and Chicken and was met with no syrup flight. Our server must have been having a bad day. I tried several times to get their attention for water and syrup and was met with “I’m busy right now I’ll get to you in a sec.” Directly after they asked if we needed anything. (I’d often have to wait for them to come back around because they liked to ask while I was eating.) I’d waited for them to talk to staff, wait it out at the food entry screen, and then talk to other customers (that were waiting on their (already) ordered meals) before asking me what I needed. To which I wanted to give a resounding “nevermind” but I really needed the water and pecan syrup.
The pancakes tasted great. The butter pecan syrup I asked for was amazing. Even the Warrensburg water doesn’t taste bad here! I was surprised and delighted. My chicken was a little on the bland side, but with the syrup and pancakes it wasn’t even a bother.

We normally do not leave reviews but Our server gave us outstanding service today (Avaline), She was very polite and helpful, She answered every question we had, and was very accommodating to our requests and stayed on top of our refills which is something we greatly appreciated. We were Very impressed on everything about our experience today.

I eat there every Saturday and have had good food and friendly service every time. Brandy always greats everyone with a smile and never has to ask what I want cause I always get the same thing to eat. She does a great job. Good people all around, I would recommend to stop in and eat some good food.

Good quick service. Like normal they were out of a couple things but the server was very good and accommodating and we chose something different that was just as good or better. Will definitely go back again hadn’t been there in a while and it was much better.

If you want to get great service, a lift to your day and a friendly smile ask for April. She makes going to this IHOP worth going to. She makes sure your meal is spot on and adds that extra that is rare in customer service these days.
Update The food was delicious and the fruit was fresh. We were seated promptly, which was nice since we have 2 wheel chairs. Our service was wonderful. We had April as our server who has the most positive attitude and personality. She will make your day. Make sure to ask for her when you come to enjoy a good meal. They honor our Military and Veterans on Mondays with a discount.

The sausage wasn’t done, the pancakes were cold. The bacon was so tough and cold that I swear it was prepared the day before and the reordered sausage never came out before we were done eating. The restroom smelled like a sewer and it was expensive but the server was extremely nice. Think twice before choosing this place to eat. 2 stars because the server was so nice otherwise 0 stars.
