Im giving it 4 stars cause it was good, but not a memorable amazing place (if you get what im saying). 4 of us went around 3:30pm on a Thursday and it wasn’t busy at at, which was good. The manager opened the door for us I ordered the Triple Dipper, which was $16.99. By the time we ordered our food it came out in 14 minutes. Big Mouth Bites and Mozzarella was reallllyyy good, but the boneless wings were wasn’t that great. And the waiter was nice, but felt like a check list instead of a personal experience.

Service was fine but the food was absolutely horrible. The southwestern egg rolls arrived at our table literlly 2 minutes after we ordered them. The ribs tasted like leftovers. Seriously lacking quality. Wont be back.

We had a great time with exceptional service! Even though it was packed on Friday night, you wouldn’t have known how busy they were.
The manager, Tim, treated us like family and stopped by several times to check on us. Our server, Scott, was on point our drinks arrived quickly, and the food came out hot and exactly right the first time.
We will definitely be back!

Had the SW queso as it is a product from the facility where I work, as is the Mac and Cheese. Good to taste our stuff in its destination restaurant. Servicecwas good andcteam oriented from hostess and multiple wait staff tending to us with an ‘ I care’ attitude and smiles. Had not been tobthis particular Chili’s in a while. Will be back for a varietyof reasons, not just our product.

Had such a good experience at the Decatur Chili’s! Shoutout to Tim and John — they were seriously awesome and made our night. It was refreshing to get that kind of customer service. Tim was exceptionally helpful and made my husband and me crack up.
The food was great (one of the better Chili’s for sure) and the molten cake is THE BEST. We’ll definitely be back! PS love that there is cracked salt and pepper available .. what a BIG plus!

This was one of the better family dining experience we have had. We got in with very minimal wait, even though it appeared to be busy. Tables were turning very quickly. Junior was a great server! He was attentive and kind. The entire staff had a very team oriented approach and all working together to the benefit of everyone.

Party of 6 arrived for dinner on a Saturday at 6pm, busy but were sat quickly. Service was impeccable! You would have thought we were the only ones in the restaurant! Very attentive servers, we never had to wait to ask for anything. Friendly staff too.

I’ve been to the location maybe twice now and each time was a great experience. Most recently I ordered the Salmon and it did not disappoint. The service was great and they got us in and out very quickly. What more could you ask for? The restaurant was nice and clean and all of the staff were friendly.

Just had a great dinner at Decatur, Tx Chili’s. Food came out fast, fresh and hot. Our waiter, Clint, was AWESOME! He really makes you feel welcome and did a great job of paying the right amount of attention to take care of us. Thank you Clint and Chili’s for a great dinner! So glad to see Blue Moon on tap!!!!
