Unimaginable incompetence.

I have been to this McDoanld’s dozens of times. The staff there know me and my orders immediately upon arrival. I have never ever had anything close to a “major issue” until today. But oh boy was it major.

I came through the drive thru, ordered a small caramel frappe, and upon being handed it noticed the lady was handing it to me wrapped in 3 napkins, which I didn’t think anything of until a mile down the road I looked over and saw that my seat and cupholders were FLOODED. I looked down to see my leather jacket and pants soaked with frappe.

This lady KNOWINGLY handed me a Frappe in a broken cup. She couldn’t be bothered to pour it in a new cup. Couldn’t be bothered to put a bigger cup around it. Couldn’t even be bothered to NOTIFY ME that she was handing me a live liquid grenade that would trash my outfit and upholstry in minutes. It didn’t even cross her mind as something she could do out of basic human decency. She just wanted me out of the drive-thru, of which I was the only car there.

For that level of apathy I will never ever in my life come back here. It is disgusting, it is mean, it is frustratingly uncaring and inhumanly selfish. Absolutely disgusting people, disgusting business, disgusting location.
They did not offer to solve anything for me when I called them either. They just said “Sorry that happened! Oh well!”

Worst service at this location. Two incidents this month in which the employees have screwed up or their system has glitched, but I pay the price for it. They make no attempt to fix their errors.

On December 2nd, I ordered a Grinch Meal at the drive thru. The employee rang in a Big Mac meal. I confirmed with her that the meal she rang in was going to include the Grinch items. She said yes and listed every item included with the promotion. I pay, go to the second window and I’m handed a brown paper bag instead of the Grinch box. I informed this employee that I ordered a Grinch Meal. The originally lady who took my order comes to the window and grabs my receipt and proceeds to tell me that’s not I paid for. I asked, then why did you confirm everything that was included in the meal? She said the meals were different. I said I knew that but I didn’t ring up the order, she did, and I confirmed what I was getting before I paid. She stared at me and made no offer to re-ring my order or correct her mistake….just stared at me. I asked for a refund. I pulled to the third window to get out of the way of the people behind me and waited several minutes for her to return with my money. She refused to hand me my cash unless I signed a receipt. I asked her again why she told me that everything was included and is now pretending that she didn’t make the error. She wouldn’t answer. Instead of giving me what I ordered, she made me waste my time waiting for a refund and the food they handed me originally was wasted as well. Horrible customer service and refused to acknowledge she made the error.

I’ve avoided this location due to that incident but tonight we needed something quick to eat. I ordered through the app. Received an email receipt, a receipt from PayPal, and my order code. Drove up to the speaker and gave my code three times. She told me she couldn’t find my order but to pull up. I pull up, she asked the code again. She asked if I ordered at the right location. I show her my receipt in my email with the code and the location address. She says she can’t find it. It’s not there. I asked what to do as I’ve already been charged for the order and I used all of my points to redeem food. The points are gone. She tells me to cancel the order and do it again. There isn’t an option to cancel. I ask how to cancel and she ignores me and starts taking orders on the headset.

Done with this location. I get that these workers don’t make much money but they can’t provide basic customer service. I worked retail over 20 years and when someone is showing you two receipts—give them the food!! Admit fault and apologize. But both times I was just ignored and treated like I made the error. Both times my time was wasted and I left without food. Never ever going to this location and making sure no one I know visits either. And I’ll be disputing the charge on my account as well.

Place wasn’t even busy yet not a single employee acknowledged my presence at the counter waiting for my mobile order which was already prepared and on the rack, staring right at me. Several employees looked right at me and just ignored me. I had to physically get a manager to get my order. When I did finally get it, food was colds missing napkins and condiments. I won’t be coming back here ever again. If I could give a 0 I would. SUPER UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! There are several other locations in this town, don’t waste your time or money on this crap

Literally the happiest I’ve ever been with a mcdonalds order. We came down from Daytona to see mckee Botanical Gardens and grabbed a fry nugget combo and holy crap. Nice staff and the food was on point for the first time in like 5 years. I wish you were my neighborhood mcdonalds!!!

I love McDonalds but the fact that you can’t get any customer service anymore really brings the place down. Its like they don’t even want to acknowledge you anymore,. Just place ur order on the computer and they barely acknowledge you when bringing you your food. Like I said, I love McDonalds but not having any customer rep really sucks

Went in at night, no one in the store. Placed my order for a snack wrap meal and waited 14 mins to get it and then had to remind them of my fries that they forgot. Drive thru was busy but they looked fully staffed back there. Fast food is not fast anymore.

Service here is terrible! I ordered 1 simple meal, yet the guests that ordered before me got there meals! Then when I ask where my food is they respond very negatively. A lady was standing with me at the counter to get a refill & was completely ignored. This mcdonalds is a joke!

I literally ordered online. Went to pick up. They COMPLETED THE ORDER. I NEVER got the food. They stated it showed I wasn’t there and they gave me a “refund” and there was nothing they could do about it. Mind you I’m pregnant and I really was hungry so I had to make a SECOND order with money I didn’t even have to spend! They don’t care about NOTHING.

Worst service in the history of McDonald’s. If I can give even the slightest but of advice. Go through the drive thru because if you dine in make sure you have a good 20min to burn cause if you get service at all they are most certainly going to mess your order up so just go through the drive thru save yourself the 30min of your life you’ll never get back and the 5.99 your going to spend at Walgreens on a bottle of excedrin for the pounding headache you will get from the sheer incompetence of this McDonald’s.. thank you dive thru
