It’s been a while since I’ve been doing Panda Express and I was really pleasantly surprised with the food this time. I had the Beijing beef and the Crunchy Beef and Shrimp as well as the teriyaki chicken. All three of them were delightful. The lo mein was a little dull and lacking in flavor but when I mixed the entrees and sauce from the entrees in with the noodles it really brought it to life. I wish there was a Panda Express in the Carrollwood or Citrus Park area.

Good place overall. I was literally about to walk out bummed due to a dietary restriction, but the staff offered to make me a fresh batch of fried rice to accommodate my restriction! They even brought it to my table once I sat down to feed my daughter as well. I will say the Orange Chicken was pretty darn good, although the fried rice could’ve had more flavor (I added some soy sauce and then it was fine). The restaurant does offer highchairs, but no changing tables in the bathrooms.

I have gone to this Panda Express location many times. I always get good, even great service. Tonight though, I had the best service. I just went through the drive-through, and I wish I got the employee’s name working… He was a tall African-American man wearing a hat and had multiple festive pins on it—So friendly… The absolute best! He really helped my decision-making on what I wanted And honestly made my whole night. I was on the phone with my mom and I said I wish I could give a tip just straight to him… She said leave him a review So that’s what I’m doing! Thank you for making my night ❤️

The best thing about this “fast food Chinese” restaurant is the service. The staff is extraordinarily attentive and friendly. The building was very clean. The food, despite being displayed well and looking very appeealing, tasted mediocre at best. Other than the name there was little about the decor that suggested one was in an “Asian” restaurant.
Overall, it was not an impressive experience and was one that will not soon be repeated.

I ordered today through the drive thru and the person who took my order tried to force me to make a donation. It is optional and I did that last time. The guy insists on asking how much I donated last time which is rude.
The food was decent and my son didn’t complain, still the drive thru person was rude and should never speak with the customer like this.

Very busy , restaurant with take out and dine in , food was amazing and fresh . Service was really good for fast food !!! And was very clean and well taken care of . Room for semi trucks behind tree restaurant in mall parking lot !!!!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, noodles had no sauce, they put way too much cabbage in the noodles and no actual chow mein at all. The fried rice was just white rice with vegetables. The meat was the only edible part, but the honey walnut shrimp was disgusting. Everything tasted super old and super stale. Save your money and go to a store with better service and food.

I don’t enjoy eating out often and I don’t typically care for fast food. However, this was my first time trying any Panda Express and I was impressed. We went inside to order and the line moved quickly. The food portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions we received.
Service was fast, efficient, and all employees were polite.
I was visiting Tampa when we ate here, but now I’ll definitely try Panda Express again when available.

My husband and I went to panda express’s yesterday and as we ordered, he ordered crispy shrimp and told the server and as we about to pay the server didn’t add his crispy shrimp to the order than she had a complete attitude about it she roll her eyes like she didn’t care I had to tell the supervisor that the shrimp should of been added to the order all together not separate and the manager there added $3.00 more to when it cost less than that, the supervisor is Mexican and im Puertorican..I speak better English than her her accent is so strong she needs to be re trained on how to speak English, but we didn’t experience a good customer service, we felt like no one listen to our order and she I ask for a fresh bowl of beef and broccoli the young server huff like I was bothering her to ask for fresh food just BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
