They had really great chicken. I tried the new bone in honey, hot lemon pepper wings the meal came with a small soda and a side, With a biscuit. Which I would definitely recommend to any new customers or returning customers. It only took them a couple minutes to make them fresh for us. This was a great location to take my company for lunch after working all morning we will be back.

I Uber Eats my order. Once my food got to me I tried eating a thigh and it was completely red in the middle. I understand dark meat is pink but it was super gummy. So I decided to grab another one and it was the exact same way. I then decided to throw away the whole meal(lost 25$)… i tried to call the store not to yell or get angry with anyone just to let them know just incase like a fryer was messed up because things happen. I called not once. Not twice. But three times and got no answer… very very upsetting. Won’t be ordering from them again!

This should be an easy four to five stars. The food was great. Excellent prep on the chicken, biscuits are great too. Individual sides are small and you only get one in a combo, but whatever. But after we finished eating and got ready to leave, we were informed there are no drink refills. We paid for these ~21oz cups of mostly ice with some tea in there only to discover “nope, that’s all ya get.”
I think the only way I’ll eat from here again is takeout with family quantities. Again, the food was very good, but the place is plain, fluorescent, no decor, no amenities, and not even a refill in a $3-4 drink cup. Such a shame.

I will be brutally honest about fast food chicken. Most of the chicken places have lost their touch. I have seen baby wings so small that they can’t be classified as a piece. I have seen too much crust on the chicken. I have had items missed and not in the bag. I have had cold fries that were sitting up all day, yet given to me. I have seen nearly burnt biscuits. I have seen chickstrips so small that they look like a half a strip. Removing corn on a stick from their menu was the worst move by Church’s. And I have seen so many so-called big deals that only include drums & thighs and strips. And rewards programs where you have to buy almost 3 family buckets just to earn a drum & thigh free on your next visit. And we are supposed to get excited over this along with the higher prices? I found out that the best deal is at the grocery store hot chicken bar!!! The chicken is very flavorful, and not bland and hot or mild like fast food chicken. The chicken there has light crisp batter and you get all the good meat included for a lower price!!!! Church’s needs to learn how to get customers more interested Again!

I think I reviewed this place before but it’s letting me do it again. This is my third stop at this location because I know I’ve had Church’s Chicken a very long time ago and loved it. But the last two times I came here I hated it and I was aggravated by my experience. But something has changed. It’s probably been at least 8 months since I’ve been here cuz I keep hoping that it’s going to be great again.
I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was spot on. The sauce was at just the right amount and the pickles made it a very juicy and hot experience. The jalapeno poppers have little pieces of jalapeno in them and they are great to the last one. And I’m not sure if I’ve had these jalapeno poppers before but they are probably the hottest of any fast food location I’ve tried. I love it. The one thing that surprised me the most is when I first opened my bag there was a tiny little plastic bag inside and when I opened it up there was a single jalapeno. What a seriously great addition to a already spicy meal. And their biscuits are probably my favorite biscuit of any place as well. I am back on cloud nine with Church’s Chicken

Today came in at 5:50pm. Ordered chicken strips. And other items. Had to wait. While waiting they gave my 8 chicken fingers to another customer and said they aren’t making any more for the day. So I asked for a refund. They literally took my drink back too. After waiting 20 minutes for some rude employee giving my order to someone Else and then the nerve to demand the drink back they gave me. SMH
