I ordered pretty last minute (right before I got up to the speaker) on the app and they had no problem getting to my order, and were very friendly. Other locations I’ve been to like the Starbucks @ 316 & 81 were very rude about this, telling me I had to wait 12 minutes before they could see my order, so I was very pleased with this location. Drink was pretty good. I visited when it was snowing about 2 weeks ago. I would recommend, convenient location right off I-85 on your way to Montgomery/Gulf Coast cities.

I usually have a great experience at this location and stop in almost every morning. The team is normally warm, friendly, and efficient, which is why I continue to choose this Starbucks.
However, this morning’s visit was disappointing. The young lady handling the mobile orders did not display the usual Starbucks warmth or sense of urgency that regular customers expect. Drinks are normally announced clearly so customers know when and where to pick up their order, but this did not happen today.
Instead, she appeared more focused on a non–work-related conversation with another employee, calling out and speaking loudly across the floor, while customers were waiting to be acknowledged. I even had to ask aloud about my drink, and it still took an unnecessary amount of time.
This location has built a reputation for friendly, welcoming service, and today’s interaction did not reflect that standard. Front-of-house staff set the tone for the entire experience, and I hope management takes a closer look at maintaining the level of customer service that keeps loyal customers returning.
Atmosphere remains great — I just hope the service returns to the consistency this location is known for.

Paid almost $50.00 for my whole order to be incorrect. I asked for the new banana matcha in a venti and grande. With vanilla cream. I don’t know who they have making drinks this morning but he or she needs to be trained. The drink was watery no banana flavor at all no vanilla cream and they pumped a lot of Carmel in it so it’s not drinkable. Then I asked for a croissant bacon egg cheese sandwich. They gave me some nasty sandwich in a bread with an egg and spinach. Nothing that I asked for. Tried calling no answer only thing that was right was the cake and that’s packaged.

Mobile orders are NEVER ready on time. You’ll still wait an additional 15 minutes. Then I ordered a Venti drink and this was the result. I’ve order this so many times and this is the first time I’ve received this grande in a Venti cup. I was shocked to see my name on the cup. Please provide help to this location. Too many orders and not enough help.

Very nice, clean location! The young lady who took my order was personable and professional. My wait time wasn’t long (early Saturday morning) and I got exactly what I asked for. I ordered the Matcha Tea Latte and the Roasted Red Pepper Egg bites for breakfast plus the Honey Citrus Mint Tea to enjoy later. All delicious. Will be back!

I understand that they are temporarily closing at 7pm, which in of itself is really odd, however, when we pulled up at 7:01, they refused to take our order, which is fine, however, they rudely told us their systems shut down at 7, which was not true, because when we pulled around we could clearly see them keying in another order on the register – not clocking out or doing other things on the register, rather ringing up their own order. again, it’s not closing at that time that’s bad, but the lying and rude customer service

I’ll start by acknowledging that today is Thanksgiving, but if Starbucks is open, we should expect at least decent customer service. My husband and I visited this location on our way to a family vacation, hoping to enjoy some of our favorite Starbucks drinks. While my coffee was made correctly, it was not as hot as usual, and my husband’s coffee tasted like a lukewarm, poorly made frappuccino, which was supposed to be a traditional hot mocha.
We understand there might be a wait for coffee on Thanksgiving, but that wait should be accompanied by a good cup of coffee. The store was chaotic and messy, and needless to say, we won’t be stopping here again.

I came here to get a cup of coffee this morning for comfort, and it completely turned my morning upside down. There is a redhead young lady who works here who seem to be annoyed by my request to make the coffee actually taste like a cup of coffee. I had to ask for a remake over the counter and upon walking out of the store realized that it need to be remade again, so I sat in the drive through for twenty minutes. I was asked what needed to be done as if it was done right the first time. I have my coffee made the same way at several locations and never had I had a taste like a cup of hot water. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks 4 times this week in which one employee has given me a difficult time both times with same mistake on my order which she is upset to correct when she literally repeats my order back to me as a venti, and then wants to charge me for it and gives me a grande at the window and then is upset I confront her that it’s wrong. Today, after the second time of making the mistake, she was more argumentative and after my drink was remade I was essentially charged for ice and cream and no coffee at all. My order was a venti, nonfat Caramel ribbon crunch with a double shot of espresso, extra whip and LIGHT ICE. Both her and the other girl working who prepared it were upset they were wrong and now today essentially took my money whilst giving me nothing and it took everything in me not to turn back around after tasting what felt was done intentionally and lazily after being told they were wrong. I’ve come enough to know the price of my order. Now I have to take photos at the order or make sure to get my receipt printed because both these girls tried to gaslight me that I was wrong when I spoke clearly, intentionally and I heard her repeat it to me to be sure for her to fight me at the window TWICE this week trying to tell me I was wrong
