I would AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I ordered delivery for 2 bacon pizzas today and paid extra for the crust to be pan crust. When I received the order it was pushed off to door dash and they just delivered regular super thin pizza crust with a ton of liquid under the crust. So I call the establishment and speak to someone named BRIAN who immediately answered with a disgusting attitude. I just told him I paid for pan crust and he tried to tell me they do not have it at first. Then he told me that I was wrong and he sent the correct crust. I asked if I could take a photo and send it to management and he said “you can do whatever you want I know what we sent you!” And proceeded to hang up. I called back 3 times and he proceeded to hang up each time, then eventually not answer. I was super polite about everything, even when he got ignorant with me. This was the laziest, rudest man I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. It’s not a big deal to me to get my order messed up as long as we can fix it. I even called the wrong store initially and they told me that they always have to fix that stores mistakes and how rude they are. It was night and day between the two phone calls. What a lovely manager and i ended up with BRIAN. On my reciept it showed that i was the 13th order that day. Zero reason for this to happen with how slow this store is. This establishment seems to only hire lazy miserable entitled jerks who cannot handle 13 orders in one day and just want that paycheck for standing around doing nothing. Avoid this disgusting place.
P.s BRIAN said he didn’t even use olives that day…but look what made it onto my pizza magically? Idiocy.

I Loved pizza hut until hours ago. I love their flavor of Pizza, the thickness, and everything overall but Today everything changed. The service is just fine for me, location good, environment very chill… I’m a New Yorker so I can definitely talk Pizza and I’ve ordered severally from Devonshire Rd in Hburg, but TAday? Taday, today! They have officially disappointed me. I ordered over the phone on my way there speaking to a live person. All I wanted was a Large supreme pizza, no beef, but I want extra sauce, she repeated back tomy order, I confirmed, I got my pizza n went home. Crust look a little white but it’s ok, it was crisp. This particular pizza was the most dry pizza I’ve ever had. They went opposite on me and gave what seems to be a next to no sauce pizza. I’m just surprised, not a good birthday pizza And I’m not quiting them, it may just be 1 worker that was distracted or didn’t care but 2nd time and I’m out.

The food is pretty good. Anytime i have issues, management is quick to correct it. The food and service keeps us coming back again and again.
Edited review: The last few times we have ordered, our food has been undercooked. At this point, we’re tired of calling and having our money credited to our account when we just end up with the same issue. We ordered yesterday and my pasta was dry and the cheese-sticks were undercooked. The food has been sorely underwhelming the last few times and we will no longer be ordering food from here.

Don’t recommend going here if you’re looking to dine in! Asked if dine in was an option, got 2 different answers from 2 separate employees. One did not take too kind of the idea of eating in. The other employee was more friendly and explained if we ordered at the restaurant and not on the phone (we ordered in person) then we can eat in. We sat down and employee number one was talking trash with another coworker and making it very known! I didn’t know it was an issue to dine in!! (Maybe he didn’t want to clean ) clearly these guys don’t have enough respect to be working at an establishment like that!

This Pizza Hut is still doing a great job. Tonight we ordered one of their specials ..large 3 topping pizza with thin crust.. The last 2 times we ordered their hand tossed. This type of crust so far is my favorite. Crispy hot and pizza loaded with toppings.We had it half eaten before I remembered to take a picture! Was it delivered quickly…yes. Was it hot….yes. Was it exactly what you would expect….yes. This Pizza Hut has gotten pizza right!

I placed an ordered delivery on October 3rd a Thursday it took 1 1/4 hour to get cold pizza that looked like the driver slammed on the breaks because it slid and flipped over on itself. The wings were Good though.

This Pizza Hut only does carry out (not sure if that’s the case with the majority if them now or not) although you can sit at a table & eat out of your pizza box. We ordered 2 pizzas: one with light sauce & one with extra sauce and they mixed that up. Their staff in the kitchen was not paying attention and front of house person was friendly but clearly overwhelmed. We had to ask for paper towels as there were no napkins, and they did not provide any utensils. Soda needed to be restocked, so we chose different options. Bathrooms were cold & poorly lit.

Worst pizza hut ive ever had without a doubt. First of all the pizza was cut like they have a toddler back there doing it. Secondly it tasted disgusting it was barely cooked the whole way through so it was gloopy and crust was a joke. First and worst experience here wont be going back.

I made an order for 4 personal pan pizzas at 4:30 pm and they advised it would be ready by 5:30pm. I felt that the wait was a bit long but my kids are in afterschool activities so I figured to pick up after no biggie. I get there and the entire place is packed with folks waiting for their orders and they advised it us all that they are an hour out on orders. Also they were not allowing people to get a refund in store. Worst customer experience ever
