This place shouldn’t be able to have McDonald’s franchise. This was the worst service I’ve ever seen unfriendly and slow. Took forever to get our order and there wasn’t any crowds in but there were people waiting and waiting to get their order. I’d say we stood there for 20 minutes before somebody offered to take our order. Then one of them told to sit the manager had to come and cancel out an order before they could take another order… pretty sure the previous order had walked out. People leaving means list customers. People working in there including the manager didn’t seem to know what was going on. They were too busy being friends with each other and carrying on laughing and not doing the jobs. it’s just terrible mess if I say so myself.

These small town people are everything you’d expect in a bowie McDonald’s. Bad enough this town has 3 food spots so we HAVE to deal with this place. Foods always wrong or missing and they do this thing where they can only manage taking 1 order then parking the next 5 cars in spots to wait for 30 min for a horribly made burger. It’s McDonald’s you take pre made stuff put it together and serve it. It’s not hard at all.

Just an over all trash experience. Placed a curbside order get there to pick it up park in the stall and they bring it out within a few minutes. Now here’s where everything went downhill. The worker decided it was a good idea to try to hand me 2 drink and a big bag of food at the same time. The lid wasn’t on one of the drinks all the way causing it to pop off and me to get a bath in coke. Annoying but whatever I take my food and leave only to get home and there’s no sauce for there is no sauce for the nuggets, (yes I could have checked but with having a puddle of soda soaking into my seat and pants that was the last thing on my mind), the buns on my burger were toasted to the point of the bottom bun being black and crispy. This McDonald’s service and food are spotty at best but this visit really took the cake.

4 stars because there is always room for improvement like how I be taken these surveys but the code never works any who….Its Fast Food Service at@ McDonald’s compared to other restaurants service is excellent but also like other Fast Food Restaurants it’s not the healthiest choice but it’s convenient especially if your ordering via delivery(Door Dash). Also, they are human, so occasionally, they make mistakes, but never have I had any issues with them correcting any problems with my personal orders / door dash orders. So, no nasty attitudes are needed. Thank you from JDuBB. You guys are Highly appreciated. I always put in a special order, not trying to make you guys work harder. One of these visits I’ll take pictures to display how clean it stays*****

Received the wrong breakfast sandwiches. Went back through the drive through to let them know and they wouldn’t replaced them because it was 10:35 by the time I got back to the speaker. Regardless of the fact I ordered and payed before 10:30 and was parked waiting for my order before rector wrong one.

How can we give this McDonald the worst review. Negative stars would be best. Managers are the worst and have no idea how they got hired. Probably out of desperation. Drive through had no attendants. You go in and ask what’s the issue and the manager states. “I’m busy and can’t deal with that right now” my reply to her would be. Then go home and never come back like I’m going to do. Such a disgrace!!

Went through the drive thru and could barely hear the guy talking. Finally got my order in drove around to the first window. The kid in the window appeared to be taking someone else’s order when I got to the window. Even looked at me a few times though the window. Once he was done with the order he proceeded to pick up his phone and start texting. Waited for a bit longer and thinking maybe I didn’t hear and they said to pull to the second window so that’s what I did. Just to be ignored there as well. Gave up and went to sonic. Advise, use your big boy voice on the intercom and leave the phone in the break room.

Worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Did mobile order and we waited approximately 30 minutes. Had to pull up and wait for our order. Noticed the vehicles behind us were getting their food before us. I decided to go in and there were 5 people in the kitchen standing around while two were working. I wasn’t the only one standing in line with their tickets and not happy. You would think if they were that busy our fries, nuggets and burgers would have been hot…not at all!!!!! Our food was gross! Will never stop there again!
