They added what they call a patty melt but it’s basically a piece of meat between two buns turned the opposite way for $8. It was definitely not worth $8. Price goughing at its finest. I had only took 2 bites out of the sandwich before I took the picture.

I ordered a small burger and drink to go. Both drink machines were being cleaned then broke upon restart. They refunded my drink oddly in cash. I guess they don’t mind the cc fees. Got around the block and opened my order. Double burger. It was like they soaked it in water. I took one bite. Inedible. My pup enjoyed the patties.

I am beyond impressed with the staff and food! Best burger & fries in town!! The young male cashier was so courteous & polite! They were fast and friendly and I even got some peanuts to take home! I have not eaten here in a while since I live further away but I am so glad I came! Me and my tummy are HAPPY!

Fries are awesome and you get alot of them. Burger not so much. Wrapper was so greasy i couldnt hardly get it out the bag and when i did it was literally a steady stream of grease and something that resembled soapy water. Was ridiculous! Strain your toppings before throwing them on bread maybe?

Five Guys is known for great food. Today’s burgers were just meh- no real seasoning. The fries were great but way too many- these are garbage reheated. Applebee’s quesadilla burger is WAY superior and comes with fries so about $5 cheaper per order.
Tipping is to appreciate service…after service provided, not in anticipation of future service. I tipped anyway because I’m terrified to eat the food otherwise, but calling my ticket number to come pick up my food is not really service, especially with a $40 counter service ring. Also, why is there only a community roll of paper towels available? This is the equivalent of a roll of tissue sitting on the stall floor- at least you can wash up after. Disappointed in today’s choice.
