Was not busy, 0300 hours. Was told to wait at drive through order. Waited several minutes, then another car pulled up to the other menu and they took that person’s order immediately. They then asked for my order, and as I started talking, they stopped me and asked me to wait. Another two minutes went by and fortunately nobody was behind me, I backed out and left.

We stopped here because we were driving to go camping and they had a play area, so I gave my toddler a break to play in the play area but then I slowly realize that some people watching that this McDonald’s is taken very seriously.
The staff here brings the food to the table and will fetch you condiments (I’ve seen people ask which I think is kind of rude they should get up and go ask for it but the worker didn’t hesitate to help them)
The playground is huge and everything is spaced out but what’s cooler is that they offer birthday parties here unfortunately didn’t get the information but where I live none of the McDonald’s offer birthday parties let alone have a play area.

They can’t communicate with customers here. It’s clean, but they repeatedly mess up my orders, and forget to put my game pieces in the bag. It’s nearly impossible to make a customer complaint at this branch. I order McDonald’s every day, at least coffee. Very, very frustrating. I’m only giving two stars because I love McDonald’s so much. Very frustrating way to start the day.

This specific location is the worst McD I’ve seen. A dismal place, poor prep standards, dispirited employees. Three visits over two years same disappointment. No more, too bad. Glad that there’s a good one closer to home.

Claudia M. is an inspiration, the perfect Manager. She is professional, prompt, and she knows my daughter, family, and her McDonalds restaurant is clean. We drive from the next town nearly 40 minutes to dine for breakfast and often dinner because the burgers are delicious, the restaurant is very clean, and the play area is a favorite for all children in the community. They were very very slow. Got the orders mixed up half of the time. We waited almost 30mins for our order. Quite disappointing given that they know that it is a busy location especially in the morning. Probably an increase in staff to cover these areas would greatly help.
