I had the worst service last night shell the size of my fingernail on my egg I wonder how it got past the server and cook but to top it off I cut this egg off pushed it to the side not one time did the waiter ask how are food was or refill our glasses of water which were small glasses compared to everyone else in the restaurant I feel like when I pay for food at a “restaurant” it’s already up charged as part of the service I had to go get a box myself because we were forgot about most like will not return to another perkins

What happened tonight Perkins? Walked in right before 7pm. There were less than five parties currently sat in the whole restaurant. A party of three in front of us, and then my husband and I behind them. The woman at the front stated there was only one waitress on and she was going to let her catch up before she would be seating us. Really poor customer service. We left, the party in front of us left. If you would like some help training your staff on how to provide customer service, I’d be happy to help!

I have to say that $4.99 for a baked potato and $4.99 for a side salad is way too much money. My husband got a burger, fries, and pie for cheaper than my meal. The server said they were switching waitresses because her shift ended. The next server never came to give my husband his piece of pie. He had to get up and find the server and tell her. She said the other server was on break and she didn’t know what pie he wanted. Couldn’t she have just ASKED? This is the first time eating here. We were not impressed and will not be back.

I went here today for lunch and everything was awesome. I was very impressed about one of the employees. She was bussing tables and was so friendly and happy. She made my day. Then as hard as she was working I was surprised that she showed up to check us out. Still as happy as can be and very nice even after all the work she was doing. I really want to thank Anna Hicks for our time we had at Perkins today.

We had the worst waitress yesterday. She never introduced herself, didn’t ask how I wanted my burger cooked so I tried to tell her and she ignored me making it crazy well done. She never checked on is while we are so I had no water to put down the dry burger. Then when she gave us our check she never even told us and just hid it so werec initially waiting 15+ minutes for it
