My 2nd visit here!
Love the food and service. Tiffany was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Try their house special sauce . I left that tap beers are bit pricey. Wasn’t able to upload better pics as I was focusing on eating ‍♂️

The two fried chicken sandwiches we ordered came out burnt, but after another 25 minutes the second round of sandwiches were very good. The fish sandwich was very good. Garlic shrimp and nachos were mediocre. Server Aliya did a good job. Overall good food, not worth the price though.

Food was Amazing. Best shrimp I’ve ever had. Staff was super friendly. They were on top of everything. Visual on point. Flavors bomb. Oysters super fresh and tasted amazing with the sweet onion, lemon, and cocktail sauce.

It was delicious. The sauces were fantastic. I don’t usually ever eat clams or mussels and they were superb here. The sauces really made everything amazing. The crab was some of the best I’ve had! Definitely pricey but worth it.

We had a very poor experience here. We ordered their fresh squeezed watermelon juice, their signature combo, and a side of fries. We should have left after being served sour, rancid watermelon juice… the seafood boil was bitter, salty, definitely not fresh, and just disgusting. The final nail in the coffin was this rotten, deflated shrimp we found (see attached). The only thing remotely acceptable was the fries, but we were scared to eat it given the health and safety standards we witnessed. When we brought this up, the restaurant only wanted to comp 20% saying that the owners are stingy. The bill was still $137 for food we didn’t really eat. We further disputed the bill and they comped the boil. We ended up paying $27 for the fries and the 3 juices.
We are getting on a plane tomorrow, so hopefully we do not get sick from this, unlike some of the other customers had experienced.
DO NOT GO HERE.

I don’t know why it took me so long to write this, but maybe I was too busy dreaming about the crab boil of my dreams—because @CrackinKitchen truly delivers.

I went twice. Yup, twice. And both times? I dove headfirst into their snow crab seafood boil, spicy enough to make you blush and messy enough to remind you that the best meals are never clean.

The flavors? Smoky, buttery, kiss-of-heat perfection. Every bite had me licking my fingers and shamelessly reaching for more. Pair that with service as smooth as the Hawaiian breeze, and you’ve got yourself an experience, not just a meal.

Oahu, I’ll see you in December. And you already know Crackin’ Kitchen is on my itinerary.

Probably best if you stick to ordering seafood. I got the guava soy wings because they sounded tasty but they were really small and the sauce was overly sweet, more like pancake syrup. I also got the cajun nacho fries…pretty sure the “cajun seasoning” was just cayenne powder and salt. And a glass of draft beer was $12, which seems pretty steep, even for Waikiki.

Crackin’ Kitchen is located in a busy shopping center with lots of foot traffic, but the restaurant itself wasn’t too crowded when we came. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the food and sauces were interesting — definitely something different from what we’ve tried before.

The only downside was that a lot of the mussels and clams were closed, so we couldn’t eat those. Overall, it was an okay experience — unique flavors, but not sure I’d rush back for the price.

We got the king crab combo and I was a fan of all the sauces. However, the crab meat tasted frozen which is disappointing considering how expensive the combo is.

Regarding service, we arrived right when they opened and the sign said they were closed. This confused my family and our two other groups because we thought they were closed. We entered and they were indeed open. When I mentioned that the sign said they were closed they had a massive attitude and said “we just opened, sorry you’re confused ” to which I responded “you didn’t confuse me you also confused two other parties that walked away seeing the closed sign.” They missed out on customers by being careless with the closing and opening sign. Overall the food was okay but they had a nasty attitude for no reason.

Lobster Mac & cheese was terrible and overpriced. Mostly all noodles and very little lobster and watery. Nachos were also terrible topped with cheese whiz . Shrimp & linguine was bland. As for the server she brought the food with no setups. Then she brought utensils and no plates. Lastly, she brought the appetizer out last. Never will we come back & I don’t suggest this for anyone
