I definitely would order and eat before you meet your food. You wont be able to eat here if not. The employees must use a dif restroom, because I wouldn’t use that if I worked there. Employees had earbuds in. The cashier had on a huge black dirty coat. Great uniform. I stood at counter for 10min while maybe 8 dif pl walked by and didnt say how can I help you etc. This is an embarrassment.

Moved to the area last year. Every time I have visited using drive thru I always have to pull up and wait in a spot forever. Most of the time the food is right, which is why I risk it sometimes but honestly…both McDonald’s here have serious issues with the time it takes to get a CORRECT order

We love taking our kids to the play place, especially in the winter. Although the workers have always been super nice and helpful, I am just severely disappointed by the lack of basic maintenance in the play place room. These pictures are from 4:30pm on a Saturday night. It’s filthy. The bathroom was out of hand soap.the hand sanitizer was empty. Not a single table was sanitized. There was a wet sock on the floor. I want my children to come enjoy the space here without it feeling like a pig sty. I understand issues like short staffing, but I encourage management to prioritize instituting a new cleaning regimen for the play space room. Please wipe the tables—or at least provide sanitary wipes so we can do it. Please sweep after lunch time. Please make this an enjoyable space for kids, as it is meant to be. It feels like a health code violation.

Say here waiting for 10+ minutes for food that should of taken 3 minutes to make even if nothing was prepared! This seems to be more of a reoccurring thing every time. The staff need to stop sending every customer to the spots to wait so their #’s look good on paper!! Prioritize to get food out faster!!

So they gave a McFlurry in this flimsy paper cup that was overfilled and leaked all over my car bc of. How they packaged it with no lid so for all I know it could have touched an employee hand. Then when I called after it lesked all over the car they asked how it was their problem. So I advise staying away from them at all costs and also those cups are only done here in Oregon.

Shrinkflation is live and well at this McD’s. They charge several dollars for a medium fry and don’t fill the container. Charge almost $3 for a McChicken, too, and they put a few shreds of lettuce on it. Don’t waste your money.

Great employees. Typical food, but hey i knew what i was getting myself into ordering fast food. Quick and easy to order, no issues. I will visit again. They also updated the interior since we visited last.
