These dudes started charging for sauce now. You get 1 free sauce with your combo but they never put the sauce in the bag and then they try to charge you for the sauce even though they didn’t give you it in the 1st place. Then you have to get in a business negotiation with the drive thru to get the sauce. Also they only ask the 1st combo sauce then assume you want the same one for every combo even when you say different ones. Then they make you do a sauce swap to fix it. Just give me the sauce man I’m not paying for it.

The food is very good, but the service is terrible. I tried to place an order at the drive-thru today, and the employee didn’t understand the order and didn’t even bother to try to understand it. Besides that, she was the rudest fast-food employee I’ve ever encountered; she seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

Three extra slices of cheese apparently means three meat patties instead. The guy at the drive thru was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. But don’t worry we “can bring it back to the store to get it swapped out” yes, let me drive 30 minutes back to the store.

I understand that it’s a fast-food restaurant chain, but “speeding up” customers as if you wanted to get rid of them as quickly as possible without paying attention to what each one really wants is beyond rude and inefficient. Another thing, false advertising, poverty and poorly served portions are absurd. ONE SLICE OF TOMATO in a sandwich combo #10, it’s a joke, right? You pay for a meal and that’s what you get. My purchase was made on 01/06/24, around 6 pm and unfortunately I didn’t kept my receipt ♀️I will no longer buy there. Please people if you don’t feel like giving customers a decent service and food, stay home, go to the beach, enjoy your summer out there but don’t go to work to delivery a poorly prepared meal to us.

Food was normal delicious wendys food but the thin young man with dark hair at the window was the rudest person I’ve ever come across at a fast food place. Crazy.
We had a mobile order and picked up in the drive through, he shoved my food at me and when I asked for an extra container he rolled his eyes, when he came back with it he almost threw it at me and slammed the window shut.

Asked for one second at the DT speaker box, the employee started giggling and then had 3 different employees yell hell at me within 10 seconds. said I needed a minute again, then not even 5 seconds later someone screamed “HELLO” and started laughing again. I drove off without ordering.
