You guys should stop piling cars up into your drive thru spots to pretend your wait times aren’t atrocious because management cant hire more people. You place an online order just to wait in a parking spot for 15 minutes anyway. Watching people who came up before you get their food first. Maybe keep your drive thru metrics realistic and staff up.

One star for the one clean table. This place is filthy. What in the Chuck E. Cheese is going on?! They gave us a cheeseburger they had obviously made for someone else and or dropped on the floor! It came to the table barely in its inside out wrapper, with no ketchup, mustard or pickle. Smooshed like it had been apparently been dropped on the floor! The wait at the front and jumping jack waves to get someone’s attention was the cherry on the cake. They remade it but we were given no excuses, reasoning or apologies! I spend $45 a visit for myself and 4 kids. It’s storming out so we sought quick shelter and food. Instant regrets! Looking back, when the young lady at the front didn’t know how to give me change from a cash transaction, we should have just gone back to the car. I looked at other reviews and don’t understand how this location is still open. I’ll be making a call to the health department.

pretty sure we’re supposed to get monopoly stickers on everything that was monopoly labeled on the menu. Did not get one on anything but my fries. Also, someone made my deluxe mc crispy wrong. It’s supposed to have that orange colored spicy sauce, not mayo. And again, fries were barely salted. Getting real sick of your crap guys.
Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before we Could tell them our mobile order number.. Then waited at the window for another 30 minutes. By the time we got our food, it was cold. Fries were unsalted and the ice creams were melted Into my pants. We spent $40 on what tasted like McDonald’s leftovers.. This happened on July 30th 2025 at 1030pm. It.
Really just felt like they were trying to wait until closing so that they didn’t have to do anything Because they close at eleven.

One of the worst locations you can possibly go to. Used to be one of the best. If you have 4 cars in front of you expect to be in the drive thru for over a half hour. That’s not hyperbole, that’s how poorly run this McDonald’s is. It’s actually impressive how bad they are.

They have a habit of screwing up orders and then make you wait a VERY long time (I got stuck for an hour) to fix their mistake. I’ve also had my food given to someone else more than once. Whoever is running this location needs to better about training employees.

We’ve been to this location on more than one occasion where they’ve not only gotten the order wrong, but the quality of the food is awful. The chicken was burnt and dried to a crisp, the burgers are so thin and dry they’re less than half the width of the bun. Every time we go its a disappointment- if it’s even right. Today was the last time we’ll visit, as the chicken sandwich went in the garbage and they forgot the fries, then an entire burger. We waited forever after spending $40 on fast food burgers.
I know fast food work is hard, but there really needs to be some quality control when the prices keep raising and the service keeps dipping.

Garbage service. Ordered 4 spicy and 4 mcdoubles. No line. Was asked to go #3 reserve. 18 cars so far have gotten through there order while I wait for mine even though it was a simple order smh

Bad customer service. I came here tonight to drive threw and park in spot 3 like they asked. I had my car off and windows rolled down. The girl came up with my food and I went to roll the windows down and turn on my car. She hurried up and walked away from me and I had to basically yell at her to bring back my food. She then verified if it was mine and we did. After she gave me the food she looked at me like I was an idiot. After coming here for years I should not be treated like that.

First of all, this is way too greasy. So greasy it saturated the box, leaked through and saturated the bag. Secondly, we live in a weird world in 2020, so I hope this super lopsided pile of food that was supposed to be a cheeseburger is just the result of negligence and not a sneeze… Customer service here is good but the food today was way off.
