Why do these freaking places charge extra for dipping sauce? It cost yall like pennies to what yall make from your customers charging such high prices in the first place. These fast food restaurants are getting delusional when it comes to what they charge compared to what you’re served.

This Wendy’s should just close. Does the franchise owner even read the reviews? If you do you’re embarrassing our community. Go through the drive thru at 730pm like my son did. To be fair he knows better than to leave without checking the bag. Once again I paid for twice the amount that he brought home. The orders are rarely right, the waiting times are ridiculous. The one on Asheville Hwy isn’t any better.

Women’s bathroom smells like a severe gas leak. Sewage issue, not just from an individual. This restaurant’s bathroom could really use some attention from maintenance.

Went through drive thru to grab a quick meal/coffee. They forgot two drinks and sat there for a couple minutes( probably hoping we’d leave) before finally checking the order and seeing two items were missing, window worker handed the drinks over with a scoff and dismissive tone. Fried were several hours old. The coffee we got was just a cup full of creamer, no coffee, just raw creamer. Doubt I’ll give it a try again.

We came in today and we ordered 1 normal hamburger and two baconators, they got the order wrong so we called the store and asked for the manager. She said it wasn’t wrong but whatever and to come by with the food. The manager told us we were wrong and remade one burger and put a small single piece of bacon on it. When we got our original order we didn’t get napkins or a spoon or crackers for my chili! I am so disappointed with them and how everyone spoke to us. The manager radioed her voice and was very rude and one of the other little girls in there with long braids kept side eyeing us and scoffing… will never be going back here again . TERRIBLE!!!!

Whole process wasn’t long for a lunch time order and meal was correct. Meal was lacking though. Soda was 90% ice and baconator barely had half a strip of bacon on it.

Out of all the Wendy’s I went to in United states. This the only Wendy’s that offers a larger Frosty Cream Caramel in a 16-ounce cup, whereas all others offer it in 24 ounces. So this is their size comparison at this Wendy’s compared to the large Frosty Cream cup I bought from other Wendy’s. The largest Wendy cup on the far left is not a Frosty Cream cup; it is just there to compare the sizes in the photo. I was annoyed, but I didn’t want to go back and forth. I get scam every time I come here for a caramel frosty cold brew. I get a medium and not a large but the manager is firm on her sizes. Just not going to buy a frosty cold brew here. Smh and the crazy part, I can’t even contact anybody on the Wendy’s app when I’m at this location.
Update: service was great gave me the correct large cup frosty caramel cold brew. They redeemed themselves.

Came into Wendy’s and 7:00pm order chicken tinder’s and fry’s, the woman who was taken my order (kiturah) was very very rude and unprofessional there was no one in the restaurant except another couple! No one in the drive thru, she charged me for a ranch when I order a meal! Lol never ever seen this before! She acted like she had other things to do! I will never be back too this location again.

No one else in front of me in line. I was ask to pull forward to wait on fries, we waited 12 minutes then went inside. Our food was just sitting there under the lamp, they said they forgot us.
Food was not what I ordered and fries were cold.
