Usually, I don’t have issues with this location but lately they have been slipping. This is supposed to be a salad roll. Which should be wrapped in fresh cucumber. IT IS NOT fresh by any means. I was asked to send pictures for refund. Its been 5 days and now I’m having to chase my coins. Unacceptable! We all know the price of food these days!

They served me old rotten salmon and old mushy vegetables. Called them to have them remake it but the manager wouldn’t come to phone to professionally address the issue. They told me it was nothing they can do about selling me old expired food. I’ll just have to report them to health department and dispute payment. AVOID THIS LOCATION…never experienced this service or lack of from the other locations. This is my first time trying this location and I will never be back. YUCK !

I called to ask why was the food only fried rice, and apparently this is how they serve “vegetable fried rice”. Tried to gaslight me into feeling like vegetables were in the rice. I loved the food, but our poor waitress was split between the bar and tables near it. The shabu shabu was delicious, I recommend adding the sesame sauce to your broth if you order it. The dessert was quite a lot. It’s definitely worth it, especially if you share it. The mango ice cream was so refreshing after the meal.

Went here for lunch. It took 54 minutes for our food to come out and the food was COLD!!! They failed to tell me that there wasn’t zucchini in the mixed vegetables. We I informed the waiter, he stated” they must have given you more broccoli in place of the zucchini; I guess we’re out of zucchini.” When I told the waiter that 3 of our party’s food was cold, he offered to put it in the microware 🙁

For being a total foodie and a service critic, I was uber impressed. I will definitely be back to this location and can’t wait to explore more on this menu. They have 9 pages on their menu of sushi selections!!! 9 pages!!! Some fusion options and some standard selections. I am so excited to find this place!
