Forgot four different items, and my food is cold, and I paid almost $2/taco for them to barely put anything on them. Forgot the sour cream and tomatoes on ALL the items. Every time I come here they mess up the orders. For how expensive they are they should at least fill my tacos up and put some cheese like I asked them too

Food was good and made correctly. However, there is no menu posted. You have to order at the kiosks, which takes twice as long because you have to find everything. There is a worker at the front that can help, but with no posted menu, it’s not much help. Everything is clean, but the tables and chairs look like they came from a prison. Not a welcoming environment. But the food was good and made correctly and everything was clean. That’s the important part.

Taco Bell has is the most frustrating place to eat from because they never get my order right. Missing items, all around wrong items have basically become the norm, it’s honestly ridiculous. The environment feels distasteful and unwelcoming,just like their service, the service is slow, dismissive, and they do not take accountability making the whole experience horrible.

They took the menu down and now they like for you to use several small kiosks to order your food…if you don’t know how to use the kiosk they will help you place an order but there is not a menu to look at…some people just walked back out the door…the food was okay and it was clean.

Go during the morning time between 9 and 12; Monday-Friday!!! The guys that work this shift are awesome. They were really friendly and made our food fast and delicious!! I have a dairy allergy but I had no concerns with this gentleman making my food!! Amazing crew and great food!

Great place and great people!
The food is always delicious, nothing is lacking. People are very polite and kind there. One time they even helped us with a dead car battery to start the car (thank you so much Amber for your kindness!). That’s just wonderful and taking extra steps for great service!

Going in to buy a Taco has never been this hard. This day exact change was required. I guess the cash register was on the fritz. Plastic or no change day. I feel sorry for the people working there. I hope they get better, if not there may be a coin laundry in the building soon.

Not sure who was the cook for 3/15/22 but this has got to be the absolute worst service I have ever gotten from taco Bell. Not sure if I’ll be going back through the drive thru at night, it’s evident the employees don’t want to be there.

This specific store needs to be torn down and a new owner needs to open a new location, getting rid of all the dull motivated and incompetent staff with it.
I get my meal messed up more here than anywhere else and it drives me nuts. Why do you people think you deserve more than minimum wage? News flash: if you’re one way with less money, you’re not going magically become another way with more money.
