McDonald’s has a great promo The Grinch deal. Big Mac meal or 10 nuggets meal. It also came with The Grinch season for ur fries. Flavor was salt/pickle which was a different but good flavor. U also get a pair of Grinch socks! Truly the cutest & best promo I’ve seen MCD have did not a long time!

They complained a bout me taking staws 4 to be exact.then took the Carry bag with handles and transferred my food out of the Carry delivery sealed bag in front of me while give me dirty looks . felt like there your very prejudice against me then give me 7 drinks with one cup holster. Then asked for another coaster for the drinks and was told that they charge for them and charge for the bag with handles that was originally packed into and emptied in front of me . Then asked if I neemore bags and known they half not suppled me with the necessary containments in the first place

Mgmt. & employees at Montrose Ave & Narragansett need better customer service skills. Why offer the option of no receipt & when you walk into the restaurant to report that your order was given to you incorrectly they look at you as if you are lying about it. As if you’re the issue and not them. Unacceptable and unbelievable! Will not visit this location again.

It’s my own fault I said I wouldn’t come back here but I was hungry and it’s located right down the street from my apartment. Again I don’t know what happens after 10 Pm but when the girl taking my order has to ask me 3 times to repeat the order because she’s laughing and paying attention to anyone but the paying customers making the order, then something’s obviously wrong. And you’d think after repeating myself 3 times they’d get the order correct but no not at all.

I Love McD’s. I definitely suggest using their app for discounts. I only shorted them one star because I’ve yet to see a McDonald’s with a clean eating area.

Ordered 2 grinch meals and they had no boxes just put in a paper bag then the fries were filled half way the sodas had no ice and there was no grinch salt that was supposed to come with the meals cost $30 for trash

We live not too far from this location. Everytime we come the food isn’t fresh and they mess up the order. Went there tonight and the food was disgusting, cold burger and worse yet, they got the order wrong again. Im so upset with paying such high prices for horrible service and bad food. This location needs corporate to come in and re hire all new staff

I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder and was given a crabby patty instead. The food and customer service leaves much to be desired to say the least.
