Tonight, we were been in line for over 25 minutes (at 9:30pm!!) waiting on 4 biggie bags with only one person in front of us when we pulled in. So far, I’ve seen 3 cars leave while we’ve waited. AND THE FOOD WAS ALL COLD. Nothing was freshly made at all.
How can you have a downtown location that’s practically dead? I’ll tell you how…take drive-thru orders one at a time and don’t let the next person go until the person in front of them is totally gone. But also, make them pull forward and wait for their food. Why? So it looks to corporate like you are serving customers just as fast as they get to the window. Also, don’t give your customers a receipt because then they might give you a bad review.
This has happened multiple times at this location to the point where it’s definitely a strategy at this point. I’m shocked it’s still in business. I think this might be the worst Wendy’s in Fort Wayne at this point (and that’s kind of saying a lot).

Only serving DoorDash or Uber at night is lazy and weird. If you don’t want to be a fast food place with a drive thru then go out of business. Tired of going to a drive thru and the employees only wanna do DoorDash because they don’t wanna use the computer.
Two adults and three kids would have been $50 easy but whatever they want to close down like the other Wendy’s by Walmart at Southtown.
Go to Wendy’s on DuPont they actually serve customers.

I have been to this Wendy’s❤️ location many times in my life ⭐️❤️✨️ and the drive thru here does an excellent job❣️❤️✨️ gets my order right, quick, fast, easy, good service, plus, I remember i used a coupon for a Free ice cream cone ✨️ which was delicious during Halloween time. Excellent✨️ 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are inside. My family of 4. Most of our food was cold and we were unable to even talk to the staff due to the manager and the dryer girl having a full blown altercation!! It was very unprofessional and I was so unhappy! We do not have a Wendy’s around our area so our kids were so excited and we experienced yelling and cussing the whole time we ended up leaving!!! Sad!!!!

I would give it no stars if possible. I ordered and paid for my food on the app before going. Between traffic and sitting in line it took me a half hour to get to the window, as it says on the app to go threw drive threw. I get up there and my order is not ready. I was told to pull up. Then get my food, it is not just cooked, Luke warm at best for having to wait 5 more minutes. The guy at the window whom also brought it out , we’ll his attitude was awful. For people in a “fast food ” business that think they need $15 and a tip to work they need to do better!!!

Check your credit card. The drive thru employee is adding $ to your card after you leave. Phone number to this location doesn’t work. Theft and fraud should not be part of any legitimate business. Complaint filed with corporate office.

Went through drive thru, paid for our meal and asked for honey mustard too. Cashier said it costs extra now and I was mistaken on if the 8dollar bag had nuggets or not. It does not which is fine, but to slam the window in my face before I could even correct myself let alone order the honey mustard is beyond me. Taller darker cashier smacked his lips at me and just had the worst attitude I’ve seen in customer service in YEARS. If you’re that miserable in customer service, CRAZY IDEA GET ANOTHER JOB.

THIS WENDYS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN‼️‼️ The lady ranea is beyond rude, then when the male night manager whose name started with a d was making racist jokes…the lobby was disgusting and the bathrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months!!! they are extremely unprofessional and the food was beyond old and nasty!!! they were cussing so much that I didn’t even want my kids in that environment!! THEY NEED TO REPLACE THE PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT WORKING THERE BEFORE THEY GET A LAWSUIT!!
