person at the window was a mess, then we got to the second window and they had 2 ladies who don’t know what they’re doing. got an iced latte and received milk with no ice . our sausage mcgriddles were basically raw batter. only saying this because even for mcdonald’s this is crazy

Horrible service I came here to get a quick snack because I’m currently at work I have a time limit to return to work and the manager took 15 minutes for the car in front of me because they decided to place another order at the window. I then asked for a refund because I needed to get back and couldn’t wait anymore. The manager then decided to not give me a return because I was upset that it took to long to receive my order. This manager didn’t want to give me his name. I left the location and called. I spoke with the manager just enough to get his name which I believe is Javier. So officially this manager stole from me.

There are much better restaurants in the area. Been here 3 times and its the same. Tea tastes like dishwater, food is dry like it was cooked several hours ago, cashiers don’t know how to give correct change, trashy parking lot. Won’t be back!

Don’t ever order from this store if it’s on doors dash. They left out all the special pieces of the meals we ordered (packaging, toy, etc.) and didn’t mention it to the dasher nor take it off the website. If only 1/4 things aren’t available, the meal should not be listed as available. Ridiculous

Been here many times and had the same issue but decided to post now. The drive through employees need re trained on courtesy. I get it’s fast food but they talk so fast and hurry you to the point they miss parts of the order. They sometimes given you the total before your done ordering. I had asked for no pickels and to add extra onions. I guess 50% is good? It’s not that hard.

The kids who’s working there rite now 10/19/2025 5:30pm are robbing people for their monopoly pieces ordered two large meals and didn’t get a single piece and then on top of that the way they made my sandwich was horrible the meat was damn near off the bear the sauce was halfway on my chicken sandwich and halfway poured on the the tray lettuce and tomatoes was old and off sandwich as well. I’ll never spend a dollar here again. Everytime I go here it’s something else either they forget a burger nuggets no straw no napkins it’s literally always something at this location.
