I purposely asked them to make my food without any meat, and when I went to the drive-through window to pick up my order, I asked them to make sure that my food has no meat. I don’t know why they acted so irritated or in a bad behaviour, there was a black man who made my food. He was like why you ordered the sandwich if you don’t wanna eat chicken. I was like, bruh everyone has different food preferences and i dont eat meat why are u acting so pissed. I remained totally positive and calm throughout the entire conversation. When i reached my home and opened my food, i checked my loaded fries only to find out it had bacon in it. Totally Dissatisfied, if rally’s is reading this, im not saying fire him but the way your employess are treating customers i dont think its good for your business. If there was a very sensitive customer instead of me, he would’ve sued you for putting bacon in his food even after clearly telling them not to.

Ill start with the bad, the A.I. drive through, i recommend asking to speak with an employee and refusing to answer its questions. This is a corporate issue not this stores issue though so it doesnt effect the full review.
The good, Went to try the new $1 wings, A decent wing is around $1.75 – $2.25 a wing so I didnt expect greatness, but boy was i surprised, best garlic parm and smokey BBQ wings I’ve had in the area, Buffalo wild wings is crap in comparison. Great job guys keep up the good work!

Only way to order in the Drive-Thru was by talking to a robot. The slot above the menu where the specials are normally displayed was sitting empty. I asked the robot to read me the specials. After several questions it finally said there was a 2 for $4 and a two for $6 option. I did the two for $6 option and it said my total was $6.50. I asked the employee at the window what the extra $0.50 was for and he just shrugged his shoulders and looked away. I considered driving off but I have always liked the food there and was hungry. This is my 2nd or 3rd time now dealing with the clunky robot and unenthusiastic help. Sadly this will be my last time enjoying the food there as the rest of the experience isn’t worth the hassle… 🙁

I decided to stop in and try this location since I was in the area, and they were quick, friendly and the coneys were fresh and tasty. Only complain would be they didn’t have any salt packets.

AI-generated order taker at the drive thru got our entire order WRONG. We attempted to correct it with the actual human in the drive-thru who also got our order WRONG. We waited for several minutes for our order; there were no other customers there at the time we were. Finally had to go inside to retrieve the order… that was way wrong.
Never again; will give them a second chance until they stop using AI-generated technology that doesn’t make anyone’s life better.

Dont eat here. I Ordered grub hub delivery from this place today. I live 3 minutes away and food was here quickly but somehow my entire order was wrong and cold. The food they did send wasnt edible. Buns were stale and falling apart and the meat looked like it was soaking in water for 20 hrs. The chilli was black and smelled like hot dog water, and the bacon was just fat, no crunch at all. They need to hire an entire new crew because this is not acceptable. I paid 50 dollars for garbage.

Food at this Rallys is always on point. The AI ordering could use some more Natural Language Processing training though.

got a chicken sandwich meal for my wife. took it home and she bit into raw chicken. went back with the sandwich and the manager immediately argued with me saying they cooked it 8 minutes. I welcomed him to look at the sandwich and he refused. I asked for a refund and he continued to argue but would not look at the sandwich. he finally gave me 5 dollars for a sandwich. I requested a full refund for the meal as it was ruined and he refused saying I was unreasonable. I told him he is unreasonable for serving raw chicken potentially exposing customers to foodborne illness. He then threatened to call the police, I welcomed him to so so. he closed the widow and made the call. When he opened the window I asked if he told them why I was there or if they told him to stop wasting their time. he then closed the window to presumably call the police again, which would be stranger. I decided to leave with my 5 dollars and hope my wife does not get sick.
Overall this wasn’t a good experience, we will not return. the manager mentioned this was his first week. Maybe you could cut him some slack if he was young but this guy was pushing 60, so he should definitely know better. know when to admit he made a mistake and take care of it. not deny, as if not looking in the bag makes it not real, and call the police because he doesn’t know how to manage his business like an adult.

The Big Buford burger may be the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The fries are my absolute favorite. The Fry-Seasoned Tenders are really good, but kind of expensive for what they are. The service is definitely hit or miss whether we are going to get a nice person or rude person. Definitely mediocre service overall.
