The best onion rings I’ve had. So crispy, and the onion doesn’t slip out of the coating. Perfectly seasoned and the honey mustard dip was the perfect compliment.
The burger was very good as well, traditional, no nonsense burger with fresh veggies. The patty was a little too big for my taste so maybe I’ll get the junior next time with their grilled onions and jalapenos.
The service was quick, and the interior is classic with its teal walls and mid century memorabilia.

Nothing beats enjoying a classic hamburger from a Fort Worth institution that’s been serving them up for 79 years. I still remember driving crosstown to the original Camp Bowie grocery store location just to get a taste. Today, the Gentry family still owns Kincaid’s and has expanded to five locations in the area.
It’s counter service here, with plenty of friendly staff, checkered tablecloths on the picnic tables, and lots of space to sit and enjoy your meal. The menu has a good variety, but for me, it’s all about the old-school burgers—the beef is simply better than what you’ll find at most fast-food spots.
Walking into Kincaid’s feels like stepping back in time to when life was a little simpler. Sharing that experience with my granddaughter made it even more special—especially when she devoured her burger and gave it a big thumbs-up.

I heard about Kinkaid’s Hamburgers through the grapevine. Well, today was the day to go and check them out and see if they lived up to the hype. I like that they have a small outside eating area, and in the inside they have communal style seating. When we got to the register the cashier/server was Mr. Elijah, very polite and friendly. We got the junior burger, with onion rings and soft drink, and chilli cheese burger, drink and crinkle fries. In less than ten (10) minutes for our burgers were ready. The burgers, onion rings and fries were freshly made. The beef patties were thick and juicy and full of flavor, the onions rings were crispy well seasoned and hot fresh out of the frier, as well as the crinkle fries (under seasoned). I have no complaints for his place and their good food. Will visit again? You’re definitely correct I like the Terminator, “I’LL BE BACK”! I hope to see you there.

I’ve been here twice and both times I have enjoyed my food and experience! The burgers are so simple yet delicious. The fries are fresh. I haven’t had a milkshake yet but I’ve heard they are tasty. The service is fast and employees are kind. There is plenty of parking at the plaza. Definitely recommend trying!

My husband got the chili cheeseburger – pretty good!! I had the firecracker. It wasn’t bad, I just felt like there was too much cream cheese on it for my taste. (It could also be spread a little more evenly.) The onion rings were fantastic!!

I have driven by several times and was in the mood for a burger and not the true fast food type.
When you walk in you will notice abundant seating at picnic tables, some very large (seat up to 20) and and a half dozen for up to 6 people. The floors were spotless and all of tables were neat and orderly. You take about 20 steps up to the counter to order and someone is there to greet you and take your order. The menu board is above you and slightly tilted towards you, so don’t get to close if you don’t want to tip your head all the way back.
They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs and bowls. Crinkle fries, onion rings and milkshakes. chocolate shakes are actually “black & white” as they made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. Fountain soda(Coca-Cola products) and a small selection of beer and wine is also available.
Portion sizes are good. Burger was a little thicker than expected which makes it better in my opinion. Atmosphere is quaint and feels like a summer camp (seating wise). Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. Seems like a nice play to go for a quick bite, a burger and beer with your buddies after a long week or a place to take the kids after a game or practice.

The bacon cheeseburger “All the way” was hot and full of flavors. The bacon adds to burger. The crinkle fries were hot and tasty. The onion rings were hot and just the right amount of breading, but was very plain.

My cheeseburger was hot, juicy and delicious, onion rings was just so so but the ranch was good. Staff taking my order was friendly. My food did come out quickly which was good as I was starving. I didn’t give this a 5 star due to the onion rings.

Such a lovely place to eat! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and there are a lot of dinning tables. The food selection is awesome ranging from burgers, hotdogs, to chicken. My mother is a big fan of the banana pudding as well. Lisa a manger is absolutely amazing there was an item missing in my bag and she immediately reached out to me to fix it right away!! I love this place and definitely recommend it! 🙂

An awesome place !! Staff is super friendly! Our food was perfect! No complaints from us. Hamburgers were made perfectly with the right toppings. They listened to what we wanted . I haven’t had a root beer float in so long . It was delicious!! The onion rings , were great ! We will definitely be going back. It’s a great meeting place for the family to get together. I can keep raving about this place !!! If I could I would give them 100 stars
