I literally stood in front at the counter by the ice-cream for well over 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, look at me, take my order, or anything.. I was ignored I even called and ordered it and still nobody made my order. ♀️

I have NEVER received the correct amount of sauce in the drive thru. I almost always have to go back in. If you dont check your bag, every single time, you will not enjoy your food here. Also, they overfilled my milkshake, and now ive had to spend my lunch break cleaning out my car. I really appreciate that, so much. Ive asked for one sauce, they forget it. I’ve asked for 2 sauce, they forget it. I asked for 3 sauce, and they gave me 3 of the little baby sauce packs that they have, I would’ve just PAID to have the extra sauce if it’s that big of a deal. They never, ever, provide adequate service for drive thru customers. The sauce is the ONLY reason to come here! I love Braum’s too much to stop eating here, but man, do I hate my toxic relationship with this fast food place.

We sat for 30 minutes for three bags of burgers and a shake this isn’t the first time this has happened they didn’t put the lid on the shake all the way. The guy that brought it was was nice but that’s it! I only went back cause of my son and son n law cause I don’t linked to wait for 30 minutes to an hour.

This place was great! My daughter went weeks ago and has been going on about it since. Today she insisted we go with her. SO glad I did..their burgers are WONDERFUL..so was their Chicken Sandwich. The fries are crinkle cut and we’re prepared perfectly. Their special Braum’s is yummy…and my hubby (a milkshake enthusiast) said it was the best shake he’d ever had. There are so many unique flavors of ice cream sold at the market there and lots of other great items..

Disappointing visit to Braum’s! We stopped by for their famous cake sundaes, but unfortunately, they’re no longer available. We tried the new limited-time Mexican flavors, only to find out they were out of stock. Maybe it’s time to update the signage?

This Braums store is the one of the poorest quality of service I have ever experienced and won’t be back. First off the soft serve was broken. I get that. Decided to do couple of scoops of ice cream. They told they don’t offer a military discount. Have witnessed management preparing ice-cream cones with no gloves. It’s been over 20 minutes and still have not received any ice cream in a cup. Do better Braums.

Service has been horrible the last couple times we have been there. This morning my wife placed her order waited 20 minutes and still had not received her order. Multiple cars behind her received theirs. She went in and they could not find her order so just requested are money back. If it was a one time occurrence I would give them the benefit of the doubt but this seems to be a recurring theme with this braums. Either poor service or rude service.
