Sweet Escape literally saved my daughters’ 13th birthday party after a family emergency caused our initial cake plan to (understandably) fall through at the last minute.
The cakes were beautiful, exactly as my daughters envisioned them, they were moist and delicious and affordable compared to other shops we looked at. The shop itself is also super cute with tons of other walk-in treats. I live in Broad Ripple but will absolutely be making the drive down to order from them again. I can’t wait to try some of their other items!

I came in with a vision of a specific cake I liked, and they customized it perfectly into a stunning white cake for my daughter’s birthday. They did a wonderful job with my nieces sweet 16 cake! It’s was tasty and beautiful. They got every detail correct.
The e mail process became confusing. But I was still able to confirm my order with an associate at the store.
The photo doesn’t do it justice , you can’t see all the glitter ! It was perfect and my niece love it!

We had a surprise 80th birthday house party and I ordered this cake kinda last minute. This cake was the talk of the night! I was nervous about confirming the design of the cake all via email, however it turned out prettier than I imagined and surprisingly close to the design inspiration. The taste and texture were also out of this world! The price point was extremely reasonable also. The only negative is that its all gone. Lol 10/10 you guys will be my #1 choice for special occasions cakes from here forward. Thanks!!

My experience was awesome very professional. My son asked for a Lego birthday cake for his sixth birthday. I got a picture from From Pinterest and they made it happen. Also, the cake was super delicious. It did not disappoint. I will be returning for all occasions.

This cake looked AMAZING! It was a very specific design request and they did it perfectly, and all the decorations were edible as needed. It was a red velvet cake with strawberry jam inside (cause we needed it to “bleed”). I’m not sure if it was because it’s a decorated cake or if they just don’t use any at all, but cream cheese frosting was not an option. Their butter cream is yummy so not real complaint though. It was a touch dry, but that might be user error cause I picked up a day late and then served the next day.
I ordered a dozen GF funfetti cupcakes and those were the biggest hit. Im obsessed with them lol
Working with the decorators was SO simple! They gave me all the information I needed and would respond very quickly!
10/10 would recommend. Cake was for 40-50 people. They also deliver!

Highly recommend!!! Sweet Escapes made our Wedding cake and offered a free 1-year anniversary cake so you don’t have to worry about saving the top tier for later. They made our 1-year anniversary extra special with the most delicious raspberry-filled vanilla cake! The cake was not only gorgeous but tasted incredible—light, moist, and perfectly balanced with the raspberry filling. We traveled almost 14 plus hours from Indiana to Clearwater Beach with it, and it arrived in one piece, ready to celebrate by the ocean. It was the sweetest centerpiece for our romantic getaway and truly added to the memory of our first anniversary. Highly recommend Sweet Escapes for anyone wanting a cake that’s both beautiful and absolutely delicious! Thanks again Sweet Escapes Cake Company!
