I arrived at this location tonight @ 9:50pm Sunday 9/28/25. As you see in my receipt I asked for chowmein only. Girl at window said “it’s a 5 minute wait for chow mein is that ok?” I acknowledged that was ok and was instructed to wait in the front parking lot. Over 5 mins passes an employee came out to hand me my food. As I was driving off I decided to check my plate saw the error of rice went back to intercom explained and they told me they had no more chowmein. I was confused how not, if you told me to wait on it to be cooked girl said “people before you also were waiting and all that was left was vegetables.” Clearly so because that’s all they gave me hardly any noodles and they thought giving me 1/2 rice would suffice. The person who came to my car should at least apologized and explained because I would’ve driven home assuming I had gotten my correct order. Do better please at communicating and offering a future compensation. Smh

We dined in at this location and the employees were working SO hard! One of the girls serving was so sweet and kind. And gave extremely large portions! The food was also very fresh and delicious! The only bad thing I will say is that there is very little parking!

Tuesday Evening din din. Had the kung Pao Chicken ( my fav.) it’s a little Spicey but so flavory. 3 Crab Rangoons with fried rice. I give it the 3F’s Fast, Fresh, Food.

Did a drive thru order and waited about an hour for my food. Fatima gave the wrong time frame for rice so I waited 30mins in my car and about 35-40mins inside. Which caused an ordeal and a call to corporate(Fatima did it to herself really). In return I got a free plate and appetizer lol and a side of stank attitude from Fatima. It was an experience! An hour long one. Also my order wasn’t even correct.

Yesterday I stopped by PE, despite no complications in my day, I was having a dull, decaffeinated type of day. When I got my food, the lid had a cute message that said, “ don’t u wish your kung pao was hot like me” n it had a lil panda bear drawn also. Gosh! It made me laugh n break out of the dullness. My kung pao was hot n delicious. I don’t go there often nor do I know the person who wrote it. This tells me, the employees put n emphasis to do great for the clients, serving great food n putting a smile in our days! Thank you to the person who did that, thank you because it made my day and to all employees at this location for such a unique teamwork.

The food i can’t complain. But on the other hand the young ladys are so damn rude at this place. The young lady’s all have ugly attitudes especially for pick up. When you walk in the young lady’s look at you like they don’t want to serve you. I can t remember the girls name but she’s short light skin. She’s so damn rude. With all that makeup on.
