This restaurant could not redeem a simple mobile code and refused to help me. They simply let me sit at the drive thru speaker for a couple minutes and said it was an issue with the app. Spolier: it wasn’t the app. I drove to a nearby location and had no issues

Genuinely the worst location in this area to go to. I came inside tonight to pick up a delivery order and waited almost 15 minutes just to even to be addressed by an employee. Multiple employees walked by me, looked at me, and didn’t say a word. Watched people in the back messing around on their phones, playing games, and watching TikToks instead of assisting me. Zero concern for the customer here.

I’m not really sure what happened to this location. I used to drive past 2 others to come to this one. Now many of us avoid it like the plague. Other than you can see the clear difference in the employee’s that used to work there and the new ones that do. The amount of disrespect they showed towards the patrons was wild. I ordered through the app like I normally do. I pulled up to the drive thru and wasnt greeted with a Hello, thank you for coming, etc. It was a flat “go ahead with your order.” I stated that I had a mobile order and my name and was told to pull around. The woman literally threw the food at me through the window. And shut the window, didn’t say thank you, nothing. I drove off. But then I went to check all my food and it wasn’t correct and it was ice cold. So I turned around, headed back to mcdonald’s, parked, and went inside. I waited for probably three minutes or so for anyone to even walk up to the counter. A tall younger man who was the manager came up, took one look at me saw I had a food bag and gave a very audible huff. And I told him may I please just have a refund? The food’s cold and it wasn’t the right order. He snatches the food out of my hand doesn’t ask me what I had and then tries to hand me the wrong amount of cash back.And I said, no, this doesn’t add up to what I paid. So finally, he huffs and puffs, and gives me an extra dollar. And when I asked him for his name, he refused to give it to me at first and then came back and told me, with a rude attitude. I rode in to the complaint link that you find on the receipt and never received a call back, any kind of acknowledgment, which doesn’t surprise me. I used to work for mcdonald’s and I know that the complaints go right back to the general manager of that store. So a good way to not get anything fixed is to continue that process. You need to do a rehall and fire the people that are working there because they are not good at customer service in any way shape or form. I shouldn’t have food thrown at me, given rude looks, and terrible service.

Waited over 30 minutes for a milkshake and nuggets in the drive thru. I ordered through the app and couldn’t cancel. Other cars were waiting and some drove off. This McDonald’s lost a lot of business because of the wait. When I got to the window the kitchen was a mess. For some reason one worker was taking pictures of all the computers. Receipts were everywhere near the register. Cups were strewn about the floor. The milkshake machine broke while they were trying to fill my order. Slowest McDonald’s order ever. McDonald’s franchises across the country are going down hill all over the country.
I’ve had issues with the app not working, the milk shake machine being broken or slow service at several locations. The whole corporation needs an overhaul.

you are the worst people to your customers! Employees harassed me at my work, a bar, while wearing the McDonald’s uniform, drunk, trying to get me fired. When I went to the drive thru one day to order, i paid and a girl that was at my job told me to wait at the window because the food was taking a while, she called 911 instead, lied to the cops about me drinking, this was Sept 8th, tried to get me arrested. Cops let me go immediately. I called after asking for her name to make a complaint, screamed at me and hung up the phone.. absolute lunatic. Went by last week to get something to eat, she wasn’t fired, still working there, how is she not in prison for abusing 911??!

Came throu. Ordered three EXTRA hashbrowns other than the one in my big breakfast I clearly stated tht but they only gave me and charged me for two extra but what made it even worse was that the hash browns where so old and unappetizing. I get it’s fast food but maybe change out the old food before selling it and handing it out that was god awful

Would give a zero if I could! Since when do we not get refills on Sweet Tea when dining in and no signage posted about it. Why was my food cold and old. Why was I given a nasty attitude from employees when asking about it. Terrible customer service. Couldn’t even get help at this point. Not my first encounter having a bad experience with this franchise.

I get there, empty line, and I wait 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to even greet me, and when I get my order done, I want another 15 minutes at the window for them to even get my payment. In this time I see many employees walk out to their cars, I guess to smoke or something. And I finally get my food, cold, and I don’t even get the extra sauce I paid for, never going to this McDonald’s again

Took my wife and granddaughter here for lunch, ordered on the kiosk, no recipt, waited 22 minutes for our order, when it arrived they for to add toy, no bottle water and no ketchup. When i asked about it, the young lady said she will bring them, 10 minutes later, my wife went to the counter and asked, they finally brought our order but forgot the bottle water. Apparently they dont read what peoole order. The need training. Wint come again.

Surprisingly fantastic. My expectations are usually pretty low when it comes to McDonald’s, but they did fantastic. Stopped and ate in with my daughter on the way home, was later in the evening. Place was clean and food was perfect.
